Fullsix fertigt jedes Bauteil im fortschrittlichen Autoklav- oder Resin-Transfer-Verfahren, wodurch ein Bauteil mit gleichmäßiger Faserausrichtung, minimalem Harz-zu-Faser-Verhältnis und einer Oberfläche entsteht, die vor der Montage keine weitere Vorbereitung benötigt. Die 200 Plain Webart — mit ihrem engeren, gleichmäßigen Kreuzmuster — ist die Struktur, die Ducati selbst für die eigenen Carbon-Zubehörteile vorgibt, wodurch sie die natürliche Wahl ist, wenn das Seitenteil werksseitig wirken soll. Die 245 Twill Webart bringt ein dynamischeres Diagonalmuster für Fahrer, die eine optisch markantere, performanceorientierte Optik bevorzugen. Durch den Ersatz des serienmäßigen ABS-Verkleidungsteils unten links durch dieses Fullsix-Carbonbauteil reduzieren Sie die ungefederte Masse sowie die Gesamtmasse der Verkleidung, wodurch das Fahrwerk der Panigale 1299 präziser reagiert. Das Bauteil bewahrt das ursprüngliche aerodynamische Profil der Werksverkleidung, sodass weder der Kühlluftstrom noch die Hochgeschwindigkeitsstabilität beeinträchtigt werden — die Gewichtsersparnis erfolgt ohne technische Kompromisse. Für den Einsatz auf der Rennstrecke ist die Reduzierung der bewegten Masse ein echter Vorteil; für den Straßeneinsatz bedeutet die ABE-Zulassung, dass das Bauteil direkt und legal ans Motorrad montiert werden kann.
