Aufgebaut auf Autoclave-Composite-Monocoque-Technologie (ACM) und als nahtlose Einzelschale geformt, ersetzt er den OEM-Tank durch ein passgenaues Motorsport-Bauteil, das sich am Trackday genauso richtig anfühlt wie es in der Boxengasse aussieht.

Konstruktion und Performance
Fullsix fertigt diesen Tank im Autoklaven unter kontrollierter Hitze und kontrolliertem Druck — demselben Verfahren, das auch in der Luftfahrt und in MotoGP-Programmen eingesetzt wird. Das Ergebnis ist ein Bauteil mit einem Faser-Harz-Verhältnis und einer strukturellen Gleichmäßigkeit, die kaltgepresste oder handlaminierte Alternativen schlicht nicht erreichen. Die Monocoque-Schale führt den Kraftstoff über jede Session sicher, ohne an Verbindungsstellen nachzugeben — denn es gibt keine Verbindungsstellen, die nachgeben könnten.
Die gegenüber dem Serienteil eingesparte Masse verändert die Gesamtbalance der Panigale subtil, aber messbar, verringert das Trägheitsmoment und lässt das Motorrad bei Richtungswechseln leichtfüßiger wirken. Fahrer, die viel Zeit auf der Rennstrecke verbringen, spüren mehr Vertrauen in langsamen Schikanen und unter starker Bremsbelastung — dort, wo Masse hoch im Chassis das Fahrgefühl am stärksten beeinflusst.
Oberflächenvarianten
Jeder Tank ist in vier Oberflächenbehandlungen erhältlich. Glänzend liefert eine tiefe, hochglänzende Carbon-Optik. Matt zeigt eine edle, zurückhaltende Racing-Ästhetik. Satin liegt dazwischen — seidig im Griff mit einem dezenten Schimmer. Roh belässt die Carbonoberfläche unbeschichtet im puristischsten Racing-Stil. Alle Oberflächen sind UV-stabil und widerstandsfähig gegen Hitze und Vibration bei dauerhaftem Renneinsatz.
Wichtiger Hinweis
Dieser Carbon-Tank verfügt über keine Straßenzulassung (keine ABE / Straßenhomologation). Es handelt sich um ein reines Motorsport-Bauteil, das ausschließlich für den Wettbewerb auf geschlossener Rennstrecke und den Rennstreckenbetrieb bestimmt ist. Er darf nicht an einem im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr genutzten Fahrzeug verbaut werden.
