Eine Sitzabdeckung macht aus einem zweisitzigen Motorrad ein einsitziges, solange sie montiert ist, und lässt sich in etwa einer Minute wieder zurückbauen. An einer Streetfighter V4 ist das eine größere Veränderung, als es klingt, denn das Soziuspolster ist das einzige Element am Heck, das eine sonst sehr harte Form weich macht.

Reversibel – und das ist der Punkt
Es wird nichts entfernt und nichts verändert. Das Soziuspolster kommt ab, die Abdeckung kommt drauf, beides bleibt erhalten. Damit gehört dieses Teil zu den wenigen im Katalog ohne Nachteil beim Wiederverkauf: Das Motorrad ist in der Zeit wieder serienmäßig, die man braucht, um den Schlüssel zu finden.
Es ist zugleich der Grund, warum eine Abdeckung für Unentschlossene der bessere erste Kauf ist als eine Heckeinheit. Die Festlegung dauert eine Minute und lässt sich vollständig rückgängig machen.

Ducati Streetfighter V4 2023-2024, Streetfighter V2 2022-2024 und Panigale V2 955 2020-2024, die diese Sitzposition teilen. Passt nicht an die Streetfighter V4 2020-2022 oder ab 2025.

Sitzabdeckungen werden angefasst. Auf Parkplätzen lehnen sich Leute darauf, Fahrer greifen sie beim Zurückschieben, und Taschen werden darauf abgestellt. Klarlack hält all das als Fingerabdrücke fest, bis es weggewischt wird.
Matt ist die pflegeleichte Wahl und macht das Heck zu einer geschlossenen dunklen Form. Satin behält etwas Tiefe. Roh ist das günstigste und zeigt auf einer Fläche in Handhöhe am wenigsten, dass jemand sie berührt hat.
