Die Fullsix Carbon-Scheinwerferhalterung wird im Autoklaven aus 100 % echter Carbonfaser gefertigt und liefert Ihnen damit ein Bauteil, das dem originalen Kunststoffteil strukturell überlegen ist und gleichzeitig ungefederte Masse am Vorderbau reduziert. Sie verfügt über die volle ABE-Zulassung und lässt sich daher ohne zusätzlichen Papierkram oder Eintragung direkt an Ihrer straßenzugelassenen 959 montieren.

Alltagstauglichkeit

Da die Geometrie exakt dem Original entspricht, passen alle Scheinwerfer-Einsteller und Kabelbäume genauso wie ab Werk.
Dank der ABE-Zulassung müssen Sie sich weder bei einer Verkehrskontrolle noch bei der Hauptuntersuchung Sorgen machen — das Teil ist in allen ABE-anerkannten Ländern von Haus aus vollständig straßenzugelassen. Konstruktion und Oberflächen-Optionen
Fullsix fertigt diese Halterung im Autoklavverfahren — demselben Prozess, der auch in der Formel 1 und der MotoGP zur Bauteilherstellung eingesetzt wird. Der Zyklus aus erhöhter Temperatur und Druck ergibt ein porenfreies, hochdichtes Laminat, das steifer und leichter ist als vergleichbare, von Hand laminierte Teile. Das Gewebe 200 Plain wurde gewählt, um sich harmonisch in die Optik der werksseitigen Carbon-Look-Verkleidung der Panigale 959 einzufügen.
