Erhältlich im 245-Twill-Gewebe mit der Wahl zwischen Glänzend, Matt oder Roh, ist sie genau das Detail, das eine wirklich konsequent aufgebaute S1000RR vom Rest der Boxengasse abhebt.

Verarbeitungsqualität und Materialien
Fullsix fertigt diese Ritzelabdeckung im selben Autoklavverfahren, das auch bei Bauteilen von Werks-World-Superbike-Maschinen zum Einsatz kommt. Das 245-Twill-Carbongewebe wird von Hand gelegt und unter kontrolliertem Druck und kontrollierter Temperatur vakuumgehärtet – das Ergebnis ist ein Bauteil mit außergewöhnlicher Steifigkeit im Verhältnis zu seinem Gewicht. Das Harzsystem ist durchgängig UV-stabilisiert, sodass die Oberfläche makellos und formstabil bleibt, egal ob das Motorrad seine Wochenenden auf der Rennstrecke verbringt oder zwischen Trackdays pendelt.
Die drei verfügbaren Oberflächen werden auf dieselbe strukturelle Schale aufgebracht, sodass die Leistungsmerkmale bei allen Varianten identisch sind. Die Oberfläche Glänzend ist zu einem tiefen, klarlackierten Glanz veredelt; die Oberfläche Matt trägt eine seidenmatte Decklackierung, die bewusst zurückhaltend wirkt; die Oberfläche Roh wird ohne Klarlack geliefert, sodass das Gewebe für individuelle Lackierungen sichtbar bleibt oder das Gesamtgewicht auf ein absolutes Minimum reduziert wird.

Die Gewichtsersparnis mag für sich genommen bescheiden wirken, doch sie greift an einer ungefederten und rotierenden Position im Antriebsstrang – genau dort, wo Gramm-für-Gramm-Reduktionen die spürbarste Wirkung auf Beschleunigung und Fahrgefühl haben.
