Auf der Strecke bedeutet das eine spürbar direktere Front — weniger Trägheit bei Richtungswechseln, schnelleres Einlenken und eine Frontverkleidung, die auch unter den bei Rennspeed auftretenden aerodynamischen Lasten formstabil bleibt.
Die integrierten Winglets sind ein prägendes Merkmal der Race-Bezeichnung. Sie sind so positioniert, dass sie mit dem bestehenden Aero-Profil der K67 zusammenwirken, erzeugen Anpressdruck, der den Vorderreifen progressiv belastet, und geben dem Fahrer beim späten Bremsen in Kurven mehr Vertrauen. Die glänzende Oberfläche zeigt das 245-Twill-Gewebe unter einem hochtransparenten Lack und erzeugt die spiegelartige Tiefe, die man mit Premium-Carbon-Verkleidungen verbindet. Die matte Oberfläche nutzt einen seidenmatten Decklack, der in der Boxengasse zweckmäßig und dezent wirkt — eine aggressive Renn-Optik ohne visuelle Unruhe. Die rohe Oberfläche wird ohne Decklack geliefert und ist damit die richtige Wahl für Fahrer, die ein individuelles Design oder eine Team-Lackierung direkt auf die Carbon-Oberfläche auftragen möchten.

Dieses Verkleidungs-Set ist ausschließlich für die BMW S1000RR K67 konzipiert und gefertigt und deckt die Modelljahre 2019, 2020, 2021 und 2022 ab.
