Fullsix hat sich seinen Ruf mit einem kompromisslosen Prinzip erarbeitet: Carbon-Karosserie, die in der Passform ebenso präzise ist wie sie in der Optik beeindruckt. Das linke Seitenteil für die Panigale 959 ist in zwei unterschiedlichen Gewebemustern erhältlich, jedes mit eigenem Charakter. Das 200 Plain-Gewebe spiegelt das engere, gleichmäßigere Raster wider, das man von Ducatis eigenen Rennteilen kennt — dezent, souverän und zutiefst italienisch. Das 245 Twill-Gewebe bietet das klassische diagonale Rautenmuster, das mit hochwertigen Motorsport-Komponenten assoziiert wird, und liefert eine ausdrucksstärkere Oberfläche, die das Licht aus mehreren Winkeln einfängt.
Vier Oberflächen-Optionen erlauben es Fahrern, das Seitenteil auf ihren Aufbau abzustimmen. Die Glänzend-Oberfläche liefert eine lackierte Tiefe, die sich sowohl auf dem Showroom-Ständer als auch in der Boxengasse gleichermaßen gut macht. Jedes Fullsix-Seitenteil wird im Autoklavverfahren gefertigt, demselben Produktionsverfahren, das bei Luft- und Raumfahrt- sowie Formel-1-Komponenten angewendet wird. Die kontrollierte Zufuhr von Hitze und Druck während des gesamten Härtungszyklus beseitigt Lufteinschlüsse und Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Harzmatrix und erzeugt ein Seitenteil mit einem höheren Faser-Harz-Verhältnis als herkömmliche kaltgehärtete Alternativen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Bauteil, das leichter ist als das OEM-Teil, spürbar steifer und über einen weiten Temperaturbereich ermüdungsbeständig. Das verbesserte aerodynamische Profil des Seitenteils unterstützt das Luftstrommanagement bei hoher Geschwindigkeit und trägt zu dem ausgewogenen, satten Fahrverhalten bei, das die 959 im Grenzbereich zu einer so befriedigenden Maschine macht.
Montage
Das Fullsix linke Seitenteil ist exakt auf die Geometrie des Verkleidungssystems der Ducati Panigale 959 abgestimmt. Alle OEM-Befestigungspunkte werden präzise übernommen, sodass die Montage keinerlei Modifikation erfordert. Entfernen Sie das Originalteil, setzen Sie die Fullsix-Einheit an den vorhandenen Halterungen an und sichern Sie sie — der gesamte Vorgang ist unkompliziert und reversibel. Das OEM-Teil kann jederzeit spurlos wieder montiert werden.
