Dieser Carbon-Kraftstofftank wurde exklusiv für den Rennstreckeneinsatz an der Ducati Panigale 959 (2016–2019) entwickelt und vereint eine unverkennbar rennsportliche Optik mit einer strukturellen Integrität, die kein herkömmlicher zweiteiliger Tank erreicht. Ob Sie sich für das klassische Gewebe 200 Plain entscheiden, das die werkseigene Carbon-Sprache von Ducati aufgreift, oder für das feinstrukturierte 245 Twill mit moderner Racing-Optik — die Optik ist eine Ansage, noch bevor der Motor überhaupt läuft.

Design, Oberfläche und Tradition
Fullsix setzt seit Jahrzehnten den Maßstab für Autoklav-Carbonbauteile im Motorsport der obersten Klasse. Jeder Tank dieser Reihe wird laminiert und im Autoklaven gehärtet — demselben Verfahren, das auch in der Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie in der Formel 1 zum Einsatz kommt — und erreicht dadurch eine höhere Faser-Harz-Dichte als vakuuminfundierte oder von Hand laminierte Alternativen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Bauteil, das zugleich leichter, steifer und langlebiger ist als das, was das Ducati-Werk verlässt.
Das Gewebe 200 Plain zeigt das engmaschige Carbon-Raster, das wie eine natürliche Weiterentwicklung der werkseigenen Carbon-Optionen der Panigale wirkt. Das 245 Twill liefert das diagonale Rautenmuster, das man mit modernem Superbike-Racing verbindet, und harmoniert besonders gut mit Carbon-Verkleidungsteilen aus dem Zubehörmarkt. Beide Gewebestrukturen sind in den Oberflächen Glänzend (hochglänzender Klarlack), Matt, Satin und Roh (unbeschichtet) erhältlich, jeweils mit eigener Teilenummer, damit Sie garantiert genau die bestellte Ausführung erhalten.
Monocoque-Bauweise — warum das wichtig ist
Herkömmliche Kraftstofftanks aus Aluminium oder Kunststoff werden in zwei Hälften gefertigt und an einer Naht verbunden. Genau diese Naht ist der Schwachpunkt des Tanks — anfällig für Verformung, Mikrorisse und letztlich für austretenden Kraftstoff. Das Fullsix ACM-Monocoque eliminiert diese Naht vollständig. Der Tank wird als eine durchgehende Carbon-Schale geformt, die Belastungen gleichmäßig über die gesamte Struktur verteilt und den Hauptschwachpunkt beseitigt. Bei einer Rennmaschine, die harten Bremskräften, seitlichen Kurvenlasten und der ständigen Vibration eines hochdrehenden Zweizylinders ausgesetzt ist, zahlt sich diese konstruktive Entscheidung direkt in Form von langfristiger Zuverlässigkeit aus.
Montage
Der Fullsix Carbon-Kraftstofftank ist so konstruiert, dass er die OEM-Einheit eins zu eins ersetzt. Alle werksseitigen Befestigungspunkte werden exakt nachgebildet, sodass der Tank ohne jegliche Anpassung an Rahmen, Kraftstoffleitungen oder Airbox-Schnittstelle in den Rahmen eingesetzt werden kann. Serientank entfernen, Fullsix-Einheit positionieren, an den originalen Befestigungspunkten sichern — und das Motorrad ist bereit für den Rennstreckeneinsatz.
