Für Fahrer der Ducati Panigale 899, die neben echter Gewichtsersparnis auch eine straßenzugelassene Zertifizierung verlangen, zählen die Fullsix Carbon hinteren Lufteinlässe zu den gezieltesten Verkleidungs-Upgrades überhaupt. Mit ABE-Zulassung für uneingeschränkten Straßeneinsatz ersetzen diese zu 100 % autoklavgehärteten Carbon-Lufteinlässe die OEM-Abdeckungen der hinteren Lufteinlässe durch ein passgenaues Bauteil, das die Luftführung im Heckbereich verbessert und die ungefederte Masse senkt — ohne Zulassungsaufwand, ohne Kompromisse.

Konstruktion und Oberfläche
Fullsix fertigt diese hinteren Lufteinlässe im Autoklavverfahren, demselben Prozess, der in den Paddocks von MotoGP und World Superbike verwendet wird. Die rohen Carbonlagen werden im Vakuumverfahren verdichtet und unter kontrolliertem Druck und kontrollierter Temperatur ausgehärtet, was ein porenfreies Laminat ergibt, das sowohl steifer als auch leichter ist als nasslaminierte Alternativen. Es gibt keine Glasfaserverstärkungen, keine Mischfaser-Abkürzungen — durchgehend nur Carbon in Luft- und Raumfahrtqualität.
Die glänzende Oberfläche bietet einen hochklaren Lack, der das Gewebe in brillanter Tiefe zur Geltung bringt und die optische Wirkung sowohl des 200 Plain- als auch des 245 Twill-Musters verstärkt. Die matte Oberfläche verwendet einen seidenmatten Klarlack, der Licht eher absorbiert als reflektiert, und verleiht der Panigale 899 einen zielgerichteteren, rennstreckenbereiten Charakter. Beide Oberflächen enthalten dieselben UV-Inhibitoren und sind bei jeder Witterung gleichermaßen langlebig.
Leistung auf Straße und Rennstrecke
Über das optische Upgrade hinaus übernehmen die hinteren Lufteinlässe eine funktionale Rolle bei der Steuerung der Luftführung über das Heck der Panigale 899. Durch den Ersatz schwererer OEM-Abdeckungen durch leichtere Carbon-Bauteile wird die Gesamtmasse im Heck reduziert, was zu einer geringfügig agileren Fahrwerksbalance beiträgt. Die verbesserte Luftzirkulation im Heckbereich unterstützt das Thermomanagement bei anhaltend hohem Tempo, ob auf einem Trackday oder einer schnellen Straßenfahrt. Die ABE-Zertifizierung bedeutet, dass Fahrer den Nutzen nicht gegen ein rechtliches Risiko abwägen müssen — diese Teile sind vollständig für den öffentlichen Straßenverkehr zugelassen.
