Was mit dem Lenkerendgewicht geschieht
Lenkerendgewichte dämpfen Vibration, und ein durch das Lenkerende montierter Bügel behält diese Masse dahinter oder tritt an ihre Stelle. Meist bleibt das Originalgewicht erhalten. Das zählt an dieser Maschine mehr als an mancher anderen: Ein 65-Grad-V4 hat eine Signatur, die Fahrer bemerken, und Dämpfungsmasse vom Lenker zu nehmen spürt man auf Strecke.

Aprilia hat diese RSV4 von 2009 bis 2020 gebaut, als R, RR, RF und 1100 Factory. Lenker, Geberzylinder und Lenkerenden waren nicht durchgängig identisch, und viele dieser Maschinen sind zusätzlich umgebaut. Das eigene Lenkerende mit den Fotos hier vergleichen statt allein auf das Jahr zu vertrauen.

Montage
Lenkerende vollständig anziehen, Bügel gegen Verdrehen prüfen, dann den Bremshebel voll durchziehen und den Freigang kontrollieren. Nach der ersten Ausfahrt noch einmal nachfassen, denn ein Lenkerende setzt sich unter Vibration.
