ABE (Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis) ist die deutsche allgemeine Betriebszulassung, die bestätigt, dass ein Bauteil die regulatorischen Anforderungen für den uneingeschränkten Straßeneinsatz erfüllt. An einer Hochleistungsmaschine wie der S1000RR K46 kann die Montage nicht zugelassener Carbon-Panels bei TÜV, Versicherungsansprüchen oder Trackday-Kontrollen Konformitätsprobleme verursachen. Das Fullsix Innenverkleidungs-Abdeckungs-Set trägt die ABE-Zulassung und beseitigt diese Sorge vollständig. Fahren Sie am Wochenende auf der Nordschleife und pendeln Sie unter der Woche damit — der Papierkram ist bereits erledigt.
Konstruktion und Oberfläche
Fullsix baut jedes Panel im Autoklaven unter kontrollierter Hitze und kontrolliertem Druck auf, ein Prozess, der direkt aus Motorsport- und Luftfahrtfertigung entlehnt ist. Das Ergebnis ist ein Bauteil mit außergewöhnlichem Faser-Harz-Verhältnis: leichter und steifer als alles, was mit Standard-Vakuuminfusion oder Nasslaminier-Methoden hergestellt wird. Es gibt keine gemischten oder Füllfasern — jede Lage trägt zur strukturellen Integrität bei.
Das 200-Plain-Gewebe erzeugt ein engeres, gleichmäßigeres Raster, das die originalen Carbon-Look-Verzierungen der S1000RR eng widerspiegelt, und macht es zur natürlichen Wahl, wenn Sie ein stimmiges Werkserscheinungsbild wünschen. Das 245-Twill-Gewebe führt das klassische diagonale Motorsport-Muster ein und fügt optische Tiefe und diesen unverkennbaren Rennfahrerlager-Charakter hinzu.
Beide Gewebe sind mit einem Hochglanzlack für eine spiegelartige, juwelenartige Oberfläche erhältlich, oder einem Mattklarlack für einen zielstrebigen, dezenten Look, der im Fahrerlager keine Fingerabdrücke zeigt.
Passgenauigkeit und Kompatibilität
Dieses Set ist ausschließlich für die zwischen 2015 und 2018 produzierte BMW S1000RR K46 konstruiert. Es ersetzt die OEM obere Verkleidungs-Innenabdeckung auf direkter Plug-and-Play-Basis, unter Verwendung der originalen Befestigungspunkte. Keine Modifikationen an Verkleidung oder Heckrahmen erforderlich.
