Fullsix weist für dieses Teil weder eine ABE noch eine EG-Betriebserlaubnis aus. Ein Motorrad ohne Katalysator ist in den meisten europäischen Märkten unabhängig vom Bugspoiler nicht straßenzulässig – dieser Artikel setzt eine Maschine für abgesperrte Strecken voraus.

Diesen Spoiler zu montieren heißt, dass das Motorrad die Straße hinter sich gelassen hat – und man sollte das klar sehen. Was die Zulassung in den meisten Ländern beendet, ist die Auspuffkonfiguration, die er voraussetzt, nicht der Spoiler.
An einer Maschine in diesem Zustand ist Roh die naheliegende Ausführung: am günstigsten, kein Lack, der am Montageständer zeichnet, und angemessen für ein Teil, dessen Aufgabe Ölrückhalt ist und nicht ein gutes Foto.
