Kosmetisch, wo die Mitte tragend ist
Das Mittelteil nimmt die Steine. Dieses schließt die Ansicht von der Seite, und an einer Maschine mit völlig offenem Motor zeigt sich dort der Unterschied. Allein montiert bewirkt es wenig, zusammen mit der Mitte vollendet es eine Form.
Das gehört gewusst, wenn man eines von beiden bestellt. Die sinnvolle Reihenfolge ist Mitte zuerst, Flanke danach.
Kein rechtes Gegenstück
Fullsix führt für dieses Modell keine rechte Flanke. Ob das an der Auspuffführung dieser Seite liegt oder schlicht eine Lücke im Programm ist, sagt der Hersteller nicht, und wir haben gefragt. Also mit einem asymmetrischen Ergebnis planen oder auf eine Antwort warten.

Montage
Zuerst das Mittelteil montieren, dann dieses dagegen anlegen und die Fuge prüfen, bevor eine Schraube fest angezogen wird. Beide Teile gemeinsam zu bestellen erhöht die Chance auf denselben Gewebeverlauf, und an einer Fuge auf Sichthöhe fällt ein Unterschied auf.
