Das sind die beiden Abdeckungen über den Ansaugöffnungen an den Flanken, links und rechts des Tanks. Sie schließen die Kanäle ab und bilden die sichtbare Kante des Ansaugs.

Ansaugabdeckungen sitzen hoch und weit vorn, genau dort, wohin jemand zuerst schaut, der neben dem Motorrad steht. Sie gehören außerdem zu den wenigen Stellen, an denen man beide Seiten zusammen sieht, im selben Licht, aus einem Meter Entfernung.
Damit wird die Gewebeausrichtung über das Paar hinweg zu dem, was einen guten Carbonsatz von einem teuren unterscheidet. Beide Abdeckungen hier stammen aus derselben Fertigungscharge, mit gleich laufendem Gewebe.

Zulassung
Fullsix weist für diesen Satz weder eine ABE noch eine EG-Betriebserlaubnis aus. Die Abdeckungen lassen die Ansaugöffnung unverändert und sind Verkleidung, keine Ansaugmodifikation – Papiere gibt es dazu keine.
Montage
Auf beiden Seiten unkompliziert, und es lohnt sich, das Paar in einem Zug zu montieren, damit man die Fugen direkt vergleichen kann.
Nicht überdrehen. Diese Schrauben greifen in Kunststoffdome dahinter, und ein ausgerissener Dom macht aus einer Viertelstunde einen langen Nachmittag.
