Jeder GP EVO Schutz beginnt als massiver Block aus hochwertigem Aluminium, der vollständig mit dem firmeneigenen 3D-Designverfahren von Extreme Components CNC-gefräst wird. Das Ergebnis ist ein Bauteil, das gleichzeitig federleicht und außerordentlich steif ist — genau das, was der Rennsport verlangt, wenn Sekundenbruchteile und Fahrersicherheit untrennbar miteinander verbunden sind.
Sicherheitsoptimierte Architektur
In direkter Zusammenarbeit mit professionellen Rennteams entwickelt, wurde die innere Speichenstruktur des Schutzes von Grund auf neu gestaltet, um Aufprallenergie effektiver zu absorbieren und abzuleiten als bei früheren Generationen. Die charakteristische „Descending-Ascending“-Geometrie ist keine Stilentscheidung — sie ist eine kalkulierte technische Entscheidung, die ein schnelles Lösen der Hand vom Lenker in Situationen ermöglicht, in denen diese Reaktion einen Sturz verhindern oder seine Folgen mindern kann.
Windkanal-Aerodynamik
Das Profil des GP EVO wurde im Windkanal geformt und validiert, um den Luftstrom rund um den Hebelbereich zu steuern und Verwirbelungen sowie aerodynamischen Widerstand zu reduzieren. Der drehbare Frontspoiler bietet eine zusätzliche Einstellebene und erlaubt es Teams und Fahrern, den aerodynamischen Beitrag des Schutzes zum Gesamtpaket feinabzustimmen.
Hartanodisierte Oberfläche
Das glänzende Hartanodisierungsverfahren des GP EVO erzeugt eine Oberfläche, die Korrosion, Abrieb und den im Rennstreckeneinsatz auftretenden Temperaturwechseln widersteht. Die 0,8 mm CNC-gefrästen Zierlinien werden nach dem Anodisieren gefräst, was eine scharfe, präzise Kontur gewährleistet, die unter Rennbedingungen weder verblasst noch abblättert. 100% Made in Italy.

Dieser Bremshebelschutz ist ausschließlich für den Renn- und Trackday-Einsatz bestimmt. Er ist nicht für den Straßeneinsatz zugelassen und sollte nur als Teil eines Wettbewerbs- oder speziellen Trackday-Aufbaus montiert werden.
