Das komplette Carbon-Rennverkleidungsset von Carbonin wurde von Grund auf für die Anforderungen des Rundstreckensports entwickelt und vereint alle Verkleidungsteile, die Sie benötigen, um eine Aprilia RSV4, RR, RF oder 1100 Factory (2015–2020) in eine rennstreckentaugliche Maschine zu verwandeln. Jede Komponente wird aus hochwertiger Carbonfaser gefertigt und verbindet außergewöhnliche Zugfestigkeit mit einer drastischen Reduzierung von ungefedertem und Gesamtgewicht — genau jene Eigenschaften, die eine speziell entwickelte Rennverkleidung von einem OEM-Ersatzteil unterscheiden.

Anders als bei Alternativen aus Fiberglas oder ABS behält jedes Teil dank der Carbon-Bauweise auch bei anhaltend hohen Geschwindigkeiten seine Form und neigt weniger zu vibrationsbedingter Ermüdung. Die Verkleidungsteile im Einzelnen
Die Frontverkleidung (CA5210) formt den primären Luftstromverlauf, leitet die Luft sauber um Motor und Kühler und schützt gleichzeitig den Oberkörper des Fahrers vor Verwirbelungen. Die linke und rechte Seitenverkleidung (CA5231 und CA5232) schließen den Mittelteil des Motorrads ab, tragen zur aerodynamischen Effizienz bei und schützen mechanische Komponenten vor Schmutz von der Strecke. Der Frontspoiler (CA5220) sorgt bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten für zusätzlichen Anpressdruck und Stabilität — ein spürbarer Vorteil beim harten Bremsen in enge Kurven. Den Abschluss bildet das Heck mit integrierter Sitzplatte (CA5300), das ein klares Heckprofil und eine solide, rennsporttaugliche Sitzfläche bietet.
Aerodynamik und Leistung
Die Verkleidungsgeometrie von Carbonin wurde vor allem im Hinblick auf die Leistung auf der Rennstrecke entwickelt. Die geformte Frontpartie und die eng anliegenden Seitenverkleidungen verringern gemeinsam die dem Fahrtwind entgegengesetzte Stirnfläche, senken den aerodynamischen Widerstand und entlasten den V4-Motor der RSV4 bei Höchstgeschwindigkeit. Am Heck reduziert die stromlinienförmige Heckverkleidung die Verwirbelungen hinter dem Fahrer und verbessert die Stabilität bei der Beschleunigung aus Kurven heraus. Unter dem Strich ist das eine Verkleidung, die aktiv zu besseren Rundenzeiten beiträgt und nicht nur die Motorradkomponenten schützt.
