Entstanden aus BSTs Erbe der Pre-Preg-Carbonfaser in Luft- und Raumfahrtqualität und veredelt mit CNC-gefrästen Naben aus 6082 T6 Aluminium, ist der Mamba 7 TEK Satz ebenso sehr ein Statement wie eine technische Meisterleistung – erhältlich in zehn verschiedenen Oberflächen, um Ihren Umbau präzise zu ergänzen.

Design, Oberfläche und Erbe
BST — Black Stone Technical — verfeinert seit Jahrzehnten die Kunst der Carbonfaser-Radherstellung, und das Mamba 7 TEK ist der klarste Ausdruck dieses angesammelten Wissens. Die Sieben-Speichen-Architektur ist nicht nur Ästhetik: Jede Speiche wird mit Pre-Preg-Carbonfaser laminiert – demselben Verfahren, das in der Formel 1 und der MotoGP zum Einsatz kommt – und sorgt so bei jedem Satz für konsistente Faserausrichtung und optimale Lastverteilung.
Die Auswahl aus zehn Oberflächen hebt diesen Radsatz von jedem Wettbewerbsangebot mit nur einer Optik ab. Hochglanz liefert das tiefe, glänzende Fasergeflecht, das Carbonfaser-Enthusiasten schätzen. Satin-Matt sorgt für eine dezentere, Paddock-taugliche Optik. Die Forged-Carbon-Oberfläche imitiert die organische Textur strukturell geschmiedeter Bauteile. Die Solid-Farboptionen – Solid Blue, Solid Red, Solid Green, Solid Gold, Solid Silver und Solid Orange – eröffnen mutige, aufeinander abgestimmte Umbauten, während Black Ink eine fast schwarze Intensität bietet, die bei unterschiedlichem Licht unterschiedlich wirkt.
Leistung auf Straße und Rennstrecke
Die Reduzierung von ungefederter und rotierender Masse, die Carbonräder mit sich bringen, ist messbar und sofort spürbar. Bremswege verkürzen sich, weil weniger Trägheit zu überwinden ist. Das Einlenkverhalten wird schärfer, weil die gyroskopischen Kräfte, die Richtungswechseln entgegenwirken, geringer sind. Das Ansprechverhalten der Federung verbessert sich, weil das Rad schneller auf Fahrbahnunebenheiten reagiert. Bei der Suzuki GSX-R 1000 der Baujahre 2017–2023 – bereits eine äußerst leistungsfähige Maschine – erschließt der Mamba 7 TEK Satz ein Maß an dynamischer Ansprechbarkeit, das Leichtmetallräder schlicht nicht erreichen.
Die technischen Traglastwerte spiegeln ein Rad wider, das für den ernsthaften Einsatz gebaut ist: Vorne verträgt es eine Radiallast von 388 kg, eine statische Last von 155 kg (341 lbs), eine Kurvenlast von 577 Nm und eine Torsionslast von 543,9 Nm. Hinten sind es 451 kg radial, 280 kg (617 lbs) statisch, 772 Nm Kurvenlast und 1.030 Nm Torsionslast. Das sind keine reinen Rennstreckenwerte – sie stehen für ein Rad, dem auch anspruchsvoller Straßeneinsatz das ganze Jahr über keine Probleme bereitet.
