Die Akrapovic Racing Line für die BMW S1000RR K46 (2015–2018) ist eine komplette 4-2-1-Auspuffanlage, die 4,7 kg vom Gewicht deines Motorrads nimmt und dabei einen echten Gewinn von 12,4 PS bei 13.400 U/min freisetzt. Aufgebaut um einen Edelstahl-V4A-Krümmer und einen konischen Titan-Renntopf mit Carbon-Endkappe, trägt diese Anlage in jeder Schweißnaht und jedem Finish die unverwechselbare ästhetische Signatur von Akrapovics Rennsport-Erbe.

Design, Oberfläche und Erbe
Akrapovic beliefert seit Jahrzehnten World-Superbike- und MotoGP-Teams mit Auspuffanlagen, und die Racing Line trägt dieses Erbe direkt an deine S1000RR. Das natürliche Titan-Finish des Topfkörpers kontrastiert mit der glänzenden Carbon-Endkappe zu einer optischen Kombination, die genauso zweckmäßig aussieht, wie es die Leistungswerte vermuten lassen. Das sechseckige Profil und die konische Verjüngung sind nicht nur Ästhetik — sie spiegeln die Innengeometrie wider, gewählt zur Optimierung von Abgasgeschwindigkeit und Spülung über das gesamte Drehzahlband.
Der 4-2-1-Edelstahlkrümmer besteht aus V4A-Edelstahl, gewählt für seine Beständigkeit gegen Wärmezyklen und Korrosion, während das Gewicht schon kontrolliert wird, bevor die Gase überhaupt den Titan-Topf erreichen. Jeder für die S-B10R3-CZT veröffentlichte Leistungswert wurde an einer BMW S1000RR K46 mit der kompletten Akrapovic-Racing-Line-Anlage gemessen. Die Gewinne von 12,4 PS und 10 Nm sind nicht simuliert oder hochgerechnet — sie spiegeln direkt aufeinanderfolgende Prüfstandsläufe unter kontrollierten Bedingungen wider. Bei 13.400 U/min arbeitet der Reihenvierzylinder der S1000RR ganz oben auf seiner Leistungskurve, und genau hier leisten die optimierten Krümmer-Primärrohre und der frei ausströmende Titan-Topf ihren größten Beitrag. Das Ergebnis ist eine Maschine, die durch den oberen Bereich jedes Gangs stärker zieht und einen engagierten, hochdrehenden Fahrstil auf der Strecke belohnt.

Die Akrapovic Racing Line (Edelstahl) S-B10R3-CZT trägt keine Straßenzulassung und ist nicht für den Einsatz auf öffentlichen Straßen zugelassen. Sie ist ausschließlich für den Wettkampfeinsatz auf geschlossenen Rennstrecken und Trackdays konstruiert. Die Nutzung auf öffentlichen Straßen liegt in der alleinigen Verantwortung des Fahrers und kann je nach Rechtsprechung eine Ordnungswidrigkeit darstellen.
Passform und Kompatibilität
