Der luftgekühlte Twin der Ducati Scrambler legt beide Auslasskanäle dorthin, wo ein Schlüssel hinkommt, und der Serienkrümmer ist von vornherein ein kleines Teil — das macht dies zu einer der anspruchslosesten Krümmermontagen, die es gibt.

Ein größeres Rohr an einem kleinen Twin
Ducatis luftgekühlter 803-cm³-L-Twin leistet 73 PS und arbeitet unterhalb von fünftausend Umdrehungen. Akrapovic hat den Rohrquerschnitt über das Serienmaß hinaus erweitert, was an einem größeren Motor die Ansprache unten herum kosten würde — hier bewirkt es das Gegenteil: 5,6 Nm bei 4.400/min, genau dort, wo der Motor lebt.
Das deutet darauf hin, dass der Serienkrümmer eng genug war, dass sein Öffnen überall hilft, statt einen Teil der Kurve gegen einen anderen einzutauschen.
Mit dem Edelstahl-Slip-On gemessen
Akrapovic hat diese Werte mit Krümmer und Slip-On Line (SS) gemeinsam montiert aufgenommen. Das ist die vorgesehene Paarung und die, die die Zahlen beschreiben. Der Krümmer mit Serienschalldämpfer wurde nicht gemessen, und diese Seite rechnet nichts hoch.

1,16 kg sind absolut bemerkenswert — weniger als eine volle Wasserflasche für ein Bauteil, das die Abgase beider Zylinder führt. Ducatis Serienteil war mit 2,49 kg nie schwer; die 53,4 Prozent kommen also aus dem Werkstoff und nicht aus einem schlecht gemachten Original.

Ducati hat die 800er Scrambler unter einer langen Reihe von Namen verkauft — Icon, Icon Dark, Nightshift, Full Throttle, Desert Sled, Café Racer — und sie teilen sich weder alle dieselbe Abgasführung noch dieselben Modelljahre. Akrapovic führt diesen Krümmer für die Icon Dark von 2021 und 2022.
Der Name steht in den Papieren und nicht auf dem Tank, prüfen Sie also die Zulassungsbescheinigung vor der Bestellung. Zwei Scrambler, die auf dem Parkplatz nahezu gleich aussehen, können verschiedene Teile nehmen.
Ein luftgekühlter Motor auf dem Weg hinaus
Ducati hat die Scrambler 2023 auf eine überarbeitete Plattform gestellt, und der luftgekühlte 803-cm³-Twin in dieser Ausführung ist damit ein abgeschlossenes Kapitel. Teile dafür werden nicht unbegrenzt gebaut.
