Ein Komma sieben fünf Kilogramm gespart an einem Motorrad, das ohne Sprit 106 wiegt. Das ist die größte verhältnismäßige Gewichtsreduktion aller CRF250R-Anlagen, die Akrapovic baut — und sie kommt von der Generation mit der schwersten Serienanlage.

Hondas schwerste CRF250-Anlage
Die Maschinen von 2018 und 2019 tragen eine 5,4 kg schwere Serienanlage — schwerer als die 3,34 kg der Generation ab 2022 und schwerer als die der 450er. Honda hatte für diese Jahre eine Doppelanlage eingeführt, mit einem Dämpfer je Seite, und zwei von etwas wiegen mehr als eines.
Deshalb spart diese Anlage verhältnismäßig mehr als ihre Nachfolger. Es war schlicht mehr zu entfernen.
Die Spitzenlinie, und was das heißt
Akrapovic nennt die Evolution Line die feinste erhältliche Anlage und sagt, die eigenen Werksteams setzten sie ein und erprobten sie. An einem Straßenmotorrad wäre diese Sprache Werbung; im Motocross geht dasselbe Teil tatsächlich an Werksmaschinen, weil der Sport keine Homologationsregeln kennt, die einen Unterschied erzwängen.
Drehmoment weit unten
1,4 Nm bei 5.600/min an einem 250er Viertakter. Genau dort sind diese Motoren am schwächsten — von unten heraus, aus der Kurve im zu hohen Gang — und eine Anlage, die das auffüllt, tut für Rundenzeiten mehr als ein weiteres halbes PS oben.
Zwei Dämpfer, eine Nummer
Die CRF250R von 2018 und 2019 trägt je Seite einen Dämpfer, und diese Artikelnummer deckt das Paar ab. Das gehört gewusst, bevor man Preise mit einer Einzeldämpfer-Anlage eines anderen Jahres vergleicht — Sie kaufen von allem zwei.
Eine Stunde Arbeit
Sechzig Minuten für eine Komplettanlage an einem Motocrossmotorrad sind schnell, und das ist Absicht: Diese Anlagen kommen nach jeder Veranstaltung zum Reinigen herunter, und eine Konstruktion, die sich wehrt, überstünde in einer Rennwerkstatt keine Saison.
Die Jahre mit zwei Dämpfern
Honda baute die CRF250R mit zwei Dämpfern von 2018 an, bis die Überarbeitung 2022 zu einem einzelnen zurückkehrte. Diese Artikelnummer deckt die ersten beiden dieser Jahre ab; Akrapovic führt dieselbe Anlage unter S-H2MET12-CIQTA für 2018 bis 2021, und beide passen an eine Maschine von 2018 oder 2019.
Spitzenlinie heißt Werk
Akrapovic liefert seinen Werksteams dieselbe Evolution Line, die über den Tresen geht. Im Motocross gibt es keine Homologationsregel, die ein eigenes Werksteil erzwänge — die Anlage an einem Weltmeisterschaftsmotorrad und die im Karton sind dieselbe Konstruktion.
Das ist ungewöhnlich, und es macht einen großen Teil dessen aus, was der Preis abbildet.
Passform
S-H2MET10-CIQTA deckt die Honda CRF250R und CRF250RX für die Modelljahre 2018 und 2019 ab. Honda hat die CRF250R 2022 erneut überarbeitet; jene Maschine nimmt S-H2MET13-FDHLTA.
Zulassung
Keine. Nur für den Wettbewerb auf abgesperrter Strecke. Nicht für den Straßenverkehr bestimmt.
