Was ein Geräuschdämpfer leistet und was nicht
Ein Dämpfer senkt den Standgeräuschwert am Auspuffaustritt — genau das, was eine Rennstrecke am Tor misst. Er ist keine Straßenzulassung und ändert die Typgenehmigung der Anlage nicht. Strecken in ganz Europa setzen eigene Grenzen — 95, 98 oder 105 dB je nach Ort und Tag — und ein Dämpfer ist der Unterschied zwischen Abweisung und Fahren.

Akrapovic gibt für manche seiner Dämpfer einen Messwert an und für andere nicht. Für V-TUV111, der die RR- und R-Modelle von 2019 bis 2026 abdeckt, nennt der Hersteller 4 dB und daraus 104,8 dB. Für V-TUV305 nennt er gar nichts.
Wir übertragen den Wert von V-TUV111 nicht. Die beiden Dämpfer decken überlappende, aber verschiedene Modellreihen und Jahre ab, und ein Dezibelwert ist eine Zahl, die gemessen und nicht angenommen werden muss.
