Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato beschreibt ZXC als Keramikmischung, die ideal fürs Rennen geeignet ist. Ein Rezept nennt der Hersteller nicht, und wir erfinden keines; die Botschaft ist, dass dieser Belag auf die Rennstrecke gehört. Accossatos übliche Zusagen zu langsamem Verschleiß, starker Verzögerung und Fading, das durch begrenzten Wärmeaufbau im Zaum gehalten wird, gelten auch hier. Das keramische Reibmaterial wird auf der AGPA177-Trägerplatte geliefert, die zu den serienmäßigen Bremssätteln vorn der Stradale 800 passt.
Ein Wochenende in der Boxengasse
An einem Rennwochenende arbeiten die Frontbeläge vom ersten Training bis zur letzten Runde des Finales. Fahrer, die das Meiste aus ihnen herausholen, prüfen den Verschleiß zu festen Zeitpunkten, notieren, wie sich der Hebel auf kalter und warmer Strecke anfühlt, und entscheiden im Voraus, ob ein Satz das Rennen durchhält. Eine Keramik-Rennmischung passt zu diesem methodischen Vorgehen.
Halten Sie einen zweiten Satz bereit, zusammen mit Bremsenreiniger, einem sauberen Tuch und einem Werkzeug zum Zurückdrücken der Kolben. Reinigen Sie die Kolben vor dem Zurückdrücken und pumpen Sie den Hebel fest, bevor das Motorrad die Box verlässt.
Passform und Kompatibilität
AGPA177 ist Accossatos Frontbelag für die MV Agusta Stradale 800 in den Modelljahren 2015 und 2016. Am Heck kommt AGPA42 für denselben Zeitraum zum Einsatz; für die Stradale listet Accossato keine Scheibe. Das Motorrad besitzt zwei Bremssättel vorn, zwei Boxen decken also die gesamte Vorderachse ab.
