RVS steht für Reparto Veicoli Speciali, die Abteilung, die MV Agusta für besondere, individuellere Motorräder schuf, und die RVS #1 von 2018 war ihre erste. Basierend auf der Brutale 800, wurde sie für Besitzer gebaut, denen jedes Detail im Erscheinungsbild und in der Verarbeitung ihres Motorrads wichtig ist. Bei einem solchen Motorrad ist der Bereich um den Einfüllstutzen die Stelle, an der Lack und Kraftstoff am häufigsten zusammentreffen, und sie verdient mehr Sorgfalt als üblich. Für die RVS #1 800 des Jahrgangs 2018 führt Accossato den FC101, einen aus Aluminium gefrästen Tankdeckel mit Schnellverschluss, mit dem Stift an der Klinke in einer von sechs Farben.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato fertigt den FC101 vollständig aus CNC-gefrästem Aluminium und beschreibt den Deckel als robust und langlebig. Sein Design ist neu, was zu einem Motorrad passt, das sich abheben soll. Die schnell schließende Klinke öffnet den Tank der RVS #1 rasch und schließt ihn mit einer Bewegung wieder, und ihr Stift ist das Teil, das Ihre gewählte Farbe trägt. Sollte die Klinke je beschädigt werden, liefert Accossato sie separat.
Besonderer Lack, vorsichtige Hände
Eine Sonderausführung trägt oft Lacke und Oberflächen, die sich kaum reproduzieren ließen, und der Bereich um den Einfüllstutzen ist dabei am stärksten gefährdet. Kraftstoff ist ein Lösungsmittel. Auf Lack hinterlassen kann er den Lack erweichen und Spuren zurücklassen, und manche Oberflächen, darunter Mattlack, reagieren schlecht auf die Politur, zu der viele Fahrer danach greifen. Trägt Ihre RVS #1 eine solche Oberfläche, behandeln Sie jedes Tanken, als wäre der Lack nicht zu ersetzen. Füllen Sie langsam aus einem Kanister mit langer Tülle ein, mit einem gefalteten Tuch rund um den Einfüllstutzen, das Tropfen auffängt. Schließen Sie den FC101, sobald die Tülle entfernt ist, und tupfen Sie dann Kraftstoff mit einem sauberen, feuchten Mikrofasertuch ab, statt ihn über die Oberfläche zu wischen. Waschen Sie den Tank nach dem Tag mit milder Seife und viel Wasser und trocknen Sie ihn sanft ab. Halten Sie starke Entfetter, Felgenreiniger und Scheuerpads ganz vom Tank fern, und ebenso vom Deckel.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossatos Liste nennt die RVS#1 800 nur für 2018, mit dem FC101, und dieses Produkt deckt dieses Modelljahr ab. Bei uns wird derselbe Deckel für die Brutale 800 und die Brutale 800 RR geführt, sowie für die Aprilia Tuono 660. Bitte prüfen Sie Ihr Motorrad vor der Bestellung mit der Anwendungsliste.
Straßenzulassung
Der FC101 hat keine deutsche ABE und kein Teilegutachten, er ist daher für geschlossene Rennstrecken bestimmt. Für die Straße sollte die RVS #1 ihren Originaldeckel behalten, der normalerweise mit dem Zündschlüssel öffnet.
