MV Agustas F3 800 verpackt die größere Version ihres Dreizylinders in eine der auffälligsten Supersport-Karosserien im Angebot, und die von Accossato geführten Versionen, von der Rosso und RR bis zur RC, der R und der Competizione von 2025, sprechen alle Fahrer an, die auf der Rennstrecke gesehen werden möchten. Solche Motorräder verbringen einen Großteil der Runde mit dem Fahrer, der hinter der Scheibe kauert und den Tank mit den Knien greift, und viele Besitzer bringen dafür Griffpads an den Tankflanken an. Kraftstoff und diese Pads vertragen sich nicht. Für die F3 800 von 2021 bis 2023 und 2025 ist Accossatos Deckel der FC101, aus Aluminium gefräst.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Aluminium ist alles, was im FC101 steckt: Accossato fräst es auf CNC-Maschinen, beschreibt den Deckel als robust und langlebig und gibt ihm ein neues Design. An der F3 800 öffnet die schnell schließende Klinke den Einfüllstutzen mit einer Bewegung und schließt ihn mit einer weiteren, was das Tanken kurz hält. Sechs Farben stehen für den Stift an der Klinke zur Wahl. Sollte diese Klinke je beschädigt werden, ist ein Ersatz separat erhältlich.
Griffpads und verschütteter Kraftstoff
Tank-Griffpads gehören zu den häufigsten Ergänzungen an einem auf der Strecke genutzten Supersport-Motorrad. Sie sitzen an den Tankseiten, wo die Knie des Fahrers beim Bremsen drücken, und werden mit Klebstoff gehalten. Benzin greift viele Klebstoffe und manche Pad-Materialien an, und auf Lack hinterlassen kann es rund um die Pads stumpfe Stellen, sodass ein unachtsames Nachtanken ein Pad lösen kann, auf das Sie am Ende jeder Geraden angewiesen sind. Tanken Sie die F3 800 bei abgestelltem Motor und aufrechtem Motorrad, füllen Sie langsam ein und halten Sie ein Tuch unter den Einfüllstutzen, um Tropfen aufzufangen, bevor sie die Flanken hinunterlaufen. Schließen Sie den FC101, wischen Sie den Tank dann von oben nach unten ab, über und um die Pads herum, und lassen Sie alles trocknen. Prüfen Sie regelmäßig die Kanten der Pads. Löst sich eines, reinigen Sie die Fläche, kleben Sie ein neues Pad auf und geben Sie dem Klebstoff vor der nächsten Session die vom Hersteller empfohlene Aushärtezeit, denn ein Pad, das beim Bremsen verrutscht, ist schlimmer als gar keines.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossatos Einträge für die F3 800 sind die Rosso von 2021 und 2022, die RR und RC von 2021 bis 2023, die R von 2023 und die Competizione von 2025, alle mit dem FC101; für 2024 gibt es keinen Eintrag. Bei uns wird derselbe Deckel für die F3 675 und die Brutale 800 RR geführt, sowie für die KTM 690 Duke R. Prüfen Sie Ihre F3 800 vor der Bestellung mit der Anwendungsliste.
Straßenzulassung
Der FC101 hat keine deutsche ABE und kein dokumentiertes Teilegutachten, wir führen ihn daher für die Rennstrecke. Der Originaldeckel der F3 800, normalerweise per Schlüssel bedient, bleibt für öffentliche Straßen der richtige.
