Ducatis XDiavel kam 2016 als Auslegung des Hauses vom Thema Cruiser auf den Markt: nach vorn verlegte Rasten, ein langer Radstand und ein Riemen, der das Hinterrad antreibt, angetrieben vom Testastretta DVT mit variabler Ventilsteuerung. Zu Ducati-Besitzertreffen, von denen viele auf Rennstrecken stattfinden, kommen XDiavel-Fahrer neben Superbikes und Naked Bikes, und diese Wochenenden haben ihre eigenen Tankgewohnheiten. Der FC105 von Accossato ist der Deckel, der für die XDiavel von 2016 bis 2023 gelistet ist: Aluminium, auf CNC-Maschinen geschnitten, verschlossen von einer Schnellverschlussklinke mit farbigem Stift.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Der FC105 wird auf CNC-Maschinen durchgehend aus Aluminium gefräst, und Accossato beschreibt ihn als robust und auf Dauer gebaut, mit einem Design, das neu ist. Was Sie in die Hand nehmen, ist die schnell schließende Klinke: Sie öffnet den Tank der XDiavel schnell und schließt ihn ebenso schnell wieder, was zählt, wenn mehrere Motorräder auf denselben Kanister warten. Die Klinke trägt auch die Farbe, einen Stift in einem von sechs Tönen. Wird diese Klinke einmal beschädigt, lässt sich bei Accossato ein einzelner Ersatz bestellen, und der Deckel bleibt im Einsatz.
Ein Besitzertreffen an der Rennstrecke
Besitzertreffen an einer Rennstrecke sind gesellig und voll. Hunderte Motorräder füllen das Fahrerlager, die Streckenturns sind oft nach Modell oder Tempo eingeteilt, und dazwischen liegen lange Pausen. Genau dann passieren Fehler beim Tanken: ein Kanister, der von Hand zu Hand geht, ein Deckel, der offen bleibt, während jemand zum Reden herüberkommt, ein Motorrad, das zwischen Reihen abgestellter Maschinen aufgefüllt wird. Geben Sie dieser Arbeit ihren eigenen Moment. Schieben Sie die XDiavel in eine ruhige Ecke oder zum Tankbereich, falls die Veranstalter einen ausgewiesen haben, stellen Sie den Motor ab und lassen Sie ihn zur Ruhe kommen, bevor Sie die Klinke öffnen. Gießen Sie gleichmäßig, schließen Sie den Deckel sofort und sehen Sie ihn noch einmal an, bevor Sie weggehen, denn ein freundliches Gespräch ist der einfachste Weg zu vergessen, ob er zu ist. Halten Sie den Kanister geschlossen und im Schatten, weit weg von den Grills und Generatoren, die solche Wochenenden mit sich bringen, und tanken Sie nie, während in der Nähe jemand raucht.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato führt den FC105 für die XDiavel in einer langen Reihe von Einträgen zwischen 2016 und 2023, die das Standardmodell, die S, die Black Star und als Sport Pack gekennzeichnete Versionen umfassen. Die XDiavel Dark erscheint unter eigenem Namen und hat bei uns eine eigene Produktseite. Für die S von 2017 nennt die Liste von Accossato zusätzlich einen zweiten Deckel, den FC135, Besitzer dieses Motorrads sollten uns also fragen, welcher zu bestellen ist. Über die XDiavel hinaus führen wir den FC105 unter anderem für die Diavel und die DesertX.
Straßenzulassung
Für den FC105 gibt es weder eine deutsche ABE noch ein Teilegutachten, weshalb wir ihn für die Rennstrecke liefern. Der Werksdeckel der XDiavel lässt sich normalerweise mit dem Zündschlüssel abschließen, und für öffentliche Straßen gehört dieser Deckel auf den Tank.
