Die Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 Factory war stets die Tuono für Fahrer, die den nackten V4 auf der Rennstrecke ernst nehmen, mit dem am aufwendigsten ausgestatteten Fahrwerk der Baureihe. Ihre Besitzer fahren zu jeder Jahreszeit auf Rundkurse, und in weiten Teilen Europas heißt das früher oder später Regen. Ein Trackday im Nassen lehrt Geduld und Gefühl für Grip, und er verändert auch die kleinen Abläufe im Fahrerlager, das Nachtanken eingeschlossen. Der FC102 von Accossato, ein aus Aluminium CNC-gefräster Tankdeckel mit Schnellverschluss und einer Klinkenfarbe nach Ihrer Wahl, ist für diese Tuono gelistet.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato fertigt den FC102 gänzlich aus CNC-gefrästem Aluminium und beschreibt ihn als robust und langlebig, mit einem Design, das neu ist. Für die Tuono V4 1100 Factory ist an einem nassen Tag die schnell schließende Klinke das entscheidende Detail: Sie öffnet den Tank rasch und schließt ihn ebenso rasch wieder, sodass der Einfüllstutzen so kurz wie möglich frei liegt. Die Klinke kommt in sechs Farben. Nimmt sie Schaden, verkauft Accossato sie als separates Teil.
Wenn das Fahrerlager nass ist
Wasser und Kraftstoff sollten sich nie begegnen. An einem nassen Tag sammelt sich Regen rund um den Einfüllstutzen, läuft vom Anzug des Fahrers ab und tropft vom Zeltdach, und bei jedem Öffnen des Deckels kann etwas davon hineingelangen. Trocknen Sie den Bereich um den FC102 mit einem sauberen Tuch, bevor Sie ihn öffnen. Tanken Sie nach Möglichkeit unter einem Dach nach, in der Box oder wenigstens unter dem Zeltdach, und halten Sie den Kanister bis zum Moment des Einfüllens verschlossen. Ein Trichter mit feinem Sieb fängt Schmutz ab, den der Regen auf den Tank gespült hat. Ist der Deckel zu, prüfen Sie, ob er eben aufliegt, denn eine Dichtung, die nicht richtig sitzt, kann im nächsten Turn Wasser einlassen. Trocknen Sie nach dem Tag Deckel und Klinke, bevor die Tuono in den Transporter geht; ein Schnellverschluss lebt länger, wenn er nicht nass und sandig eingeräumt wird. Zu Hause öffnen Sie den Deckel noch einmal und prüfen den Einfüllstutzen auf Feuchtigkeit.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Vier Versionen werden genannt: die Tuono V4 1100 Factory von 2015 bis 2017, die Factory Superpole von 2019 bis 2024, die Factory SE SBK mit ABS von 2024 und die Factory Plus von 2025 und 2026. Das Jahr 2018 gehört unter diesem Namen nicht dazu. Bei Inter-Pace ist der FC102 auch für die RSV4 Factory und die RSV4 1100 gelistet.
