Tiefgaragen sind hart zu Motorrädern. Die Rampen sind steil und oft gewendelt, ihr Belag ist gestrichen oder von Autoreifen glatt poliert, und von der Decke tropft Wasser auf den Beton. Eine Aprilia Dorsoduro 900, die im Schritttempo eine solche Rampe hinunterfährt, mit gezogener Vorderradbremse und eingeschlagenem Lenker, kann den Halt verlieren und umfallen, bevor der Fahrer Zeit zum Reagieren hat. Für die Dorsoduro 900 von 2018 führt Accossato seine Sturzpads TP052: gefrästes Aluminium mit einem Einsatz, der in einer von sechs Farben eloxiert ist.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
CNC-Maschinen formen den TP052 aus Aluminium, und jedes Pad trägt einen eloxierten Einsatz. Über diesen Einsatz kommt die Farbe ins Spiel: Blau, Grün, Schwarz, Rot, Silber oder Gold, bei der Bestellung gewählt. Sie entscheiden außerdem, ob Sie eine Schraubenabdeckung möchten; wenn ja, kommt sie in derselben Farbe wie der Einsatz. Zwei Pads ergeben den Satz. Fällt die Dorsoduro 900 um, sollen sie es sein, die zuerst aufsetzen, und können damit den Schaden an Rahmen und Karosserie verringern.
Im Schritttempo die Rampe hinunter
Garagenrampen erwischen Fahrer, weil alles langsam abläuft und harmlos wirkt. Halten Sie oben an, sehen Sie sich den Belag an und wählen Sie Ihre Linie: Der trockenste Streifen ist oft der von Autoreifen ausgefahrene, doch aufgemalte Pfeile und Entwässerungsrinnen kreuzen ihn. Halten Sie die Dorsoduro 900 so aufrecht wie möglich, regeln Sie das Tempo mit der Hinterradbremse, setzen Sie die vordere nur sanft ein und bremsen Sie nie hart bei eingeschlagenem Lenker. Bergauf ist ein gleichmäßiger Gasgriff freundlicher als ein Halt auf halber Strecke, und wenn Sie anhalten müssen, tun Sie es mit geradem Motorrad. Schranken und Kassenautomaten sind eine weitere Prüfung, denn Sie halten am Hang und greifen mit einer Hand hinaus. Halten Sie das Motorrad dabei auf der Hinterradbremse und lassen Sie den Gang eingelegt. Achten Sie nach dem Abstellen darauf, dass der Seitenständer auf blankem Beton steht und nicht auf einer Markierung oder einem Gullyrost, und prüfen Sie die Pads, falls das Motorrad doch einmal umfällt.
Passform und Kompatibilität
In der Anwendungsliste von Accossato steht der TP052 allein für die Dorsoduro 900 des Jahres 2018. Andere Jahre deckt diese Zeile nicht ab, fragen Sie uns deshalb, wenn Ihr Motorrad früher oder später gebaut wurde. Bei bestimmten Motorrädern verlangen die Sturzpads von Accossato, dass die Verkleidung gebohrt wird, und weil die Liste nicht sagt, bei welchen, empfehlen wir, vor der Bestellung bei uns nachzufragen, ob Ihre Dorsoduro 900 betroffen ist. Accossato führt für dieses Motorrad außerdem die Achsprotektoren vorne PF031 und dieselben Pads für die Dorsoduro 1200 und die Shiver 900.
Straßenzulassung
Wir haben für den TP052 weder eine deutsche ABE noch ein Prüfzeugnis und liefern ihn deshalb für die Rennstrecke und für den Wettbewerb.
