Gebaut für die Kawasaki ZX-10 RR (2017–2020) tritt dieses Accossato-Stahlflexkit an die Stelle der serienmäßigen Gummileitung, im für dieses Modell üblichen Standard-Layout. Das Kit richtet sich an Sportbike-Besitzer, die wollen, dass sich der Hebel beim zehnten harten Stopp genauso anfühlt wie beim ersten. Dieses Angebot betrifft speziell die RR-Variante des Modells. Weil das Geflecht unter Druck seine Form weit besser hält als Gummi, wirkt der Hebel direkter, mit weniger Leerweg, bevor die Bremse greift.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Die Leitung dieses ZX-10-RR-Kits trägt ein dichtes Edelstahl-Luftfahrtgeflecht als äußere Hülle, gewählt wegen seiner Beständigkeit gegen Abrieb, UV-Licht und die Aufweichung, die eine Gummileitung mit der Zeit erfasst, wie für die Produktion 2017–2020 verbaut. Alle Hohlschrauben- und Anschlussfittings dieses Kits sind durchgehend aus Edelstahl, ausschließlich in blankem Edelstahl ausgeführt, dieselbe Spezifikation, die Accossato über sein gesamtes Stahlflex-Sortiment hinweg verwendet, nicht nur bei diesem Modell. Das Geflecht dieses Kits ist in zwanzig Ummantelungsfarben erhältlich, sodass sich das Erscheinungsbild der ZX-10 RR unverändert lassen oder völlig verändern lässt. Das hält die Fittings dezent, während die Geflechtfarbe weiterhin frei wählbar bleibt.
Standard-Layout und Leitungsverlegung
An der ZX-10 RR bildet Accossatos Standard-Layout-Kit einfach den vierteiligen Bremsleitungsweg nach, den Kawasaki werksseitig ins Motorrad eingebaut hat, so gebaut über die Baureihe 2017–2020. Nur die vordere Bremsleitung ist bei der ZX-10 RR in diesem Kit enthalten, der hintere Kreis bleibt unberührt. Es entstehen keine neuen Freiraumprobleme, da die Route mit der werksseitigen identisch ist. Eine saubere Entlüftung nach dem Einbau macht aus der steiferen Leitung den spürbar festeren Hebel am Lenker.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Dieses Kit betrifft die Kawasaki ZX-10 RR der Baujahre 2017–2020, gebaut im Standard-Layout. Accossato listet dieses Teil außerdem für die Kawasaki ZX-10 R (2016–2020), da sich die zugrunde liegende Bremsanlage bei diesen verwandten Modellen nicht unterscheidet; das genaue Baujahr sollte über den Fitment-Tab geprüft werden. Zu beachten ist, dass die Kawasaki ZX-10 RR auch von einem zweiten Accossato-Kit abgedeckt wird; dies ist die Standard-Layout-Version des Kits (nur vorne/ABS), weshalb geprüft werden sollte, ob es der eigenen Bremsanlage entspricht. Statt einer allgemeinen Passform ist dieses Kit allein um das Motorrad gebaut, das für Strecken- und Sportfahren ausgelegt ist, wo Bremskonsistenz bei wiederholten harten Stopps am wichtigsten ist.
