Die Yamaha MT-07 hat keine Verkleidung, hinter der man sich verstecken könnte, und wer sie weiterfährt, wenn die Blätter fallen, will eine Frontbremse, die sich an einem nassen Novembermorgen genauso verhält wie an einem trockenen Julinachmittag. Accossatos AGPA97ST ist der Frontbelag für die MT-07 von 2014 bis 2026 in der Sinter-Mischung (ST), gedacht für Fahrer, die fürs Wochenende packen, einen Sozius mitnehmen oder das Motorrad schlicht nicht stehen lassen, wenn das Wetter umschlägt.

Grip, der auf hohem Niveau liegt und dort bleibt, ob die Beläge noch kalt sind oder schon hart gearbeitet haben, dazu ordentliches Verhalten auf nasser Scheibe. Dieses Profil macht ihn zur naheliegenden Wahl für eine MT-07, die jede Jahreszeit und jede Zuladung mitmachen soll. Wie bei allen Accossato-Mischungen ist das Ziel ein Belag, der langsam verschleißt und durch kontrollierte Hitze Fading vermeidet.
Regen, Gepäck und eine lange Abfahrt
Stellen Sie sich eine MT-07 mit angeschnallter Hecktasche und Sozius vor, die im Nieselregen die andere Seite eines Alpenpasses hinabrollt. Die Frontbremse arbeitet wegen des zusätzlichen Gewichts mehr als sonst, sie wird Haarnadelkurve für Haarnadelkurve wiederholt eingesetzt, und die Scheibe wird nie ganz trocken. Was der Fahrer in diesem Moment will, ist ein Hebel, der sich am Ende der Abfahrt genauso anfühlt wie am Anfang, ohne Überraschung beim ersten Wassertropfen. Genau für diese Situation wurde die Sinter-Mischung gewählt. Sie ergibt auch näher am Zuhause Sinn: Ein Pendler, der im Januar durch die Stadt bei Graupel fährt, profitiert von derselben gleichmäßigen Reaktion. Halten Sie die Scheiben frei von Kettenspray und Straßenfilm, und prüfen Sie im Winter öfter die Belagstärke, da Splitt die Lebensdauer jedes Belags verkürzt.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato bestückt die Front der Yamaha MT-07 für alle Modelljahre von 2014 bis 2026 mit AGPA97; AGPP88 ist der passende Heckbelag für denselben Zeitraum. Die MT-07 bremst ihr Vorderrad mit zwei Sätteln, kaufen Sie also zwei Schachteln und erneuern Sie beide Seiten in derselben Sitzung. Drücken Sie die Kolben erst nach dem Reinigen zurück, prüfen Sie, ob die Scheiben noch innerhalb ihrer Verschleißgrenze liegen, und füllen Sie die Flüssigkeit nach oder erneuern Sie sie, wenn sie dunkel geworden ist. Accossato listet für dieses Motorrad außerdem die Scheiben DK077 und DKS073. Pumpen Sie den Hebel vor der Fahrt und bremsen Sie die neuen Beläge allmählich ein.
Straßenzulassung
Für diesen Belag liegen uns keine deutsche ABE oder andere Zulassungsdokumente vor. Aus diesem Grund wird der AGPA97ST für den Einsatz auf abgesperrten Strecken und im Wettbewerb angeboten.
