Accossatos Anwendungsliste führt die KTM 1090 Adventure nur für ein Jahr, 2017, und für dieses Bike baut das Unternehmen diesen Frontbelag in der Sinter-Mischung (ST). Die 1090 war KTMs seinerzeit straßenlastiger Adventure-Tourer, und viele Exemplare verbringen ihr Leben mit Gebirgsüberquerungen und montierten Koffern. ST ist genau dafür gedacht: Accossato sagt, die Mischung halte ein hohes, konstantes Griffniveau über die Temperaturen und beiße im Nassen gut.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossatos gesinterte Mischung kommt mit einem klaren Versprechen: ein Griffniveau, das hoch bleibt und sich kaum ändert, ob der Belag nach einer Nacht im Freien kalt oder nach einer langen Abfahrt heiß ist, dazu verlässlicher Biss im Regen. Für einen Fahrer der 1090 Adventure, dessen Tag mit einem frostigen Pass am Morgen beginnen und mit einer klebrigen Talstraße am Mittag enden kann, ist genau diese Gleichmäßigkeit der Punkt. Accossato nennt zudem geringen Verschleiß, lange Lebensdauer und Fading-Widerstand, da der Belag allmählich warm wird. Die Rezeptur wird nicht verraten.
Über die Alpen auf einer 1090
Stellen Sie sich eine 1090 Adventure mit Aluminiumkoffern und Tanktasche vor, die einen Pass nach dem anderen erklimmt. Auf jeder Abfahrt arbeitet die Frontbremse minutenlang, und ein Wolkenbruch kann den Asphalt ohne Vorwarnung rutschig machen. Sinterbeläge sind dafür gemacht, trotzdem weiterzumachen, sodass der Biss vom Passgipfel auch unten im Tal noch da ist. Das macht ST zur Mischung für Tourenfahrer; OR ist leiser für die Stadt, während EV1, EV2 und ZXC auf Rennstrecken zielen.
Pflege nach nassem Wetter
Regen spült Splitt in die Sättel. Spülen Sie die Frontbremsen der 1090 nach einem Guss mit klarem Wasser ab, lassen Sie sie trocknen und prüfen Sie, ob beide Beläge frei gleiten. Erneuern Sie die Flüssigkeit jede Saison, denn Feuchtigkeit dringt mit der Zeit ein.
Passform und Kompatibilität
AGPA96 ist die Referenz, die Accossato für die Frontbremse der 2017er KTM 1090 Adventure angibt. Zwei Sättel greifen die beiden Scheiben, kaufen Sie also zwei Boxen, um beide Seiten auf einmal zu erneuern. Einen Accossato-Heckbelag für dieses Modell führen wir derzeit nicht. Bevor die neuen Sinterbeläge eingebaut werden, messen Sie die Scheiben, reinigen Sie jeden Kolben und drücken Sie sie gleichmäßig zurück.
Straßenzulassung
Unsere Unterlagen enthalten weder Prüfbericht noch Zulassungszeichen für diese Beläge, deutsche Käufer erhalten sie daher für Rennsport und Wettbewerb.
