Die Kawasaki Z900 SE ist die höherwertige Version der Z900 und nutzt eine eigene Frontbelagform. Accossato listet den AGPA177 für die Z900 SE von 2022 bis 2026, und diese Box enthält ihn in der Sinter-Mischung (ST). Accossato erklärt, seine Sinter-Mischung halte bei niedrigen wie hohen Temperaturen ein hohes, konstantes Griffniveau und arbeite gut im Nassen. Lange Tage auf einem Premium-Naked
Viele Besitzer einer Z900 SE nutzen die Maschine für lange Ausfahrten: einige hundert Kilometer Bergstraßen, oft in der Kühle des frühen Morgens beginnend und in Nachmittagsschauern endend. Die Frontbremse trifft dabei auf jede erdenkliche Bedingung. Ein Sinter-Belag hält das Hebelgefühl durch diese Wechsel stabil, ob Sie allein oder zu zweit fahren. Prüfen Sie am Ende jeder Saison die Belagstärke in beiden Bremssätteln vorn, reinigen Sie die Kolben sorgfältig, und wechseln Sie die Bremsflüssigkeit, wenn sie sich verdunkelt hat. Die SE hat es verdient, dass ihre Bremsen ebenso gepflegt werden wie ihr Fahrwerk.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Nur für die SE: Accossatos Katalogeinträge für diesen Belag lauten Z 900 SE (2022-2026) und Z 900 SE RS (2022-2026). Die Standard-Z900 nutzt stattdessen den AGPA38, stellen Sie also sicher, dass Sie für die richtige Version bestellen. Die SE hat zwei Bremssättel vorn, für die komplette Front werden also zwei Boxen benötigt. Hinten listet Accossato den AGPP185, und die Scheibe DK236 ist für die Maschine gelistet. Der AGPA177 gibt es außerdem als EV1 Straße/Rennstrecke, EV2 Rennsport und ZXC Keramik-Rennsport.
