Fertigung und Materialgüte
Unter schlechten Bedingungen ist ein Bedienelement, das sich wie erwartet verhält, mehr wert als eines, das interessant aussieht. Der AGS14 bewahrt die Form des Kupplungshebels, mit dem die 500EXC-F ausgeliefert wurde, sodass eine Hand in einem dicken Winterhandschuh das Hebelblatt dort findet, wo es immer war, und der Bewegungsbogen unverändert bleibt. Accossato ordnet das Teil seinen Ersatzteilen in Originalform zu, entwickelt für ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und berichtet, dass das Fertigungsverfahren dahinter die Hebel nach Beschädigung oder einem Zusammenstoß widerstandsfähiger macht. Silber ist die für diese Anwendung gelistete Farbe, und das Unternehmen veröffentlicht kein weiteres technisches Detail.
Ein Motorrad für die Wintermonate
Durch den Winter zu fahren bedeutet größtenteils zu akzeptieren, dass danach alles länger dauert. Das Motorrad kommt nass zurück, salzig, falls eine Straße behandelt wurde, und voller Lehm, der über Nacht hart wird, und die Teile, die darunter leiden, sind die mit geringem Spiel. Lenkerlagerstellen sind genau das. Die Routine, die sie gesund hält, ist kurz, muss aber jedes Mal statt gelegentlich erledigt werden: sanft abspülen, während der Dreck noch weich ist, das Motorrad ablaufen lassen, dann das Cockpit trocknen und jeden Hebel durch seinen Weg bewegen, um zu prüfen, dass nichts sandig wirkt. Alle paar Fahrten nehmen Sie die Hebelblätter ab, reinigen Sie Schrauben und Bohrungen, und fetten Sie erneut, denn eine Winterlagerstelle, die wöchentlich gewaschen und gefettet wird, ist nie schlechter dran als eine, die man in Ruhe lässt. Dicke Handschuhe bringen eine zweite Überlegung mit sich. Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossatos Eintrag gibt den AGS14 für die 500EXC-F von 2017 bis 2023 an und nennt keinen zweiten Original-Kupplungshebel für dieses Modell. Die Bremsseite ist nach Baujahr aufgeteilt, mit dem AGD316 für 2017 bis 2023 und dem AGD319 für 2024, sodass dort das Modelljahr entscheidet. Der Kupplungscode ist einer der am weitesten geteilten in dieser Familie und bei uns außerdem für die Beta RR 390 4T, die Husqvarna FE 350 und die Husqvarna TC 250 gelistet. Accossatos CNC-Hebel für diese Maschine sind der B8283 und der C7283.

Accossato hat uns keine Prüf- oder Zulassungsdokumentation für den AGS14 geliefert, sodass sich weder eine deutsche ABE noch ein Prüfzeichen zeigen lässt, und wir listen den Hebel für Renn- und Wettbewerbseinsatz.
