Es ist eine auf technischem Gelände erlernte Gewohnheit, wo Antrieb jederzeit gebraucht oder unterbrochen werden kann, und es ist eine gute Gewohnheit, aber sie hat einen Nebeneffekt, der sich an den Teilen zeigt statt am Fahren. Ein Bedienelement, das stundenlang leicht belastet ist, verschleißt anders als eines, das nur gelegentlich benutzt wird. An einer 450XC-F lohnt sich das zu wissen. Fertigung und Materialgüte
Die Form unter den Fingern ist der Grund, warum ein Fahrer überhaupt eine Gewohnheit aufbaut. Der AGS14 folgt der Form des Kupplungshebels, mit dem die 450XC-F ausgeliefert wurde, sodass ein Ersatz im gleichen Abstand zum Griff sitzt und denselben Winkel annimmt, und die über eine Saison eingeübte Technik direkt übernommen werden kann. Accossato ordnet ihn den Ersatzteilen in Originalform zu, die das Unternehmen für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entwickelt hat, und berichtet, dass die Art der Fertigung diese Hebel widerstandsfähiger macht, sobald sie beschädigt wurden oder einen Zusammenstoß erlebt haben. Silber ist die gelistete Farbe, und kein weiteres Detail wird veröffentlicht.
Ein Finger, der den Hebel nie verlässt
Mit einem Finger dauerhaft auf dem Hebelblatt zu fahren, ist auf Gelände, an dem die nächste Anforderung unvorhersehbar ist, eine solide Technik, belastet aber die Lagerstelle ständig leicht und bedeutet, dass sich das Bedienelement während der ganzen Fahrt sehr leicht bewegt. Zwei Folgen ergeben sich daraus. Die erste ist Verschleiß: Lagerbohrung und Schraube arbeiten mehr gegeneinander, als sie sonst würden, und kommt Staub dazu, poliert sich das Paar oval, was sich als seitliches Spiel am Ende des Hebelblatts zeigt. Die zweite ist das Risiko, unbeabsichtigt mit leicht ausgekuppelter Kupplung zu fahren, was passiert, wenn eine müde Hand ruht statt zu schweben, und das ein Fahrer nur als ein Motorrad bemerkt, das sich flach anfühlt und heiß wird. Keines davon ist ein Grund, die Technik zu ändern. Beides sind Gründe, das Bedienelement öfter anzusehen, als das Handbuch nahelegt. Halten Sie das Ende des Hebelblatts und bewegen Sie es seitlich, um Spiel zu prüfen, fühlen Sie den gesamten Weg nach einer trockenen Stelle, und zerlegen und fetten Sie die Lagerstelle mehrmals pro Saison statt einmal. Ersetzen Sie die Schraube, wenn ihr Schaft rau geworden ist, denn eine verschlissene Schraube verschleißt ein neues Hebelblatt schnell. Und behalten Sie den im Handbuch verlangten Leerweg im Ruhezustand, damit ein ruhender Finger die 450XC-F nicht still zwischen Antrieb und Leerlauf hält.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossatos Liste gibt den AGS14 für die 450XC-F von 2013 bis 2018 an und nennt keinen zweiten Original-Kupplungshebel für dieses Modell, während die Bremsseite vom AGD316 für 2014 bis 2018 abgedeckt wird. Der Kupplungscode wird über eine große Gruppe parallel gebauter Maschinen geteilt und ist bei uns außerdem für die Beta RR 390 4T, die Husqvarna FC 250 und die Husqvarna TE 300 katalogisiert. Accossatos CNC-Hebel für die 450XC-F sind der B8283 und der C7283 für alle, die ein Tuningteil bevorzugen.
Straßenzulassung
Es gibt in unseren Dokumenten weder eine deutsche ABE noch ein Prüfzeichen für den AGS14, da Accossato keines geliefert hat, und der Hebel ist für Renn- und Wettbewerbseinsatz gelistet.
