Bei einem langsamen Sturz setzt ein verkleidetes Superbike oft zuerst mit der Verkleidung auf. An einem Naked Bike wie der Tuono V4 1100 Factory ist der breite Lenker der äußerste Punkt, und die Hebel gehören zu den ersten Teilen, die Kontakt bekommen. Aprilias V4-Naked von 2015 und 2016, die erste Tuono mit dem 1100er-Motor, war für zügige Landstraßenfahrten und den gelegentlichen Rennstreckenbesuch gebaut. Für dieses Motorrad baut Accossato den AGS01, einen silbernen Kupplungshebel nach dem Vorbild des Originals.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Sein Umriss ist der des Kupplungshebels, mit dem die Tuono V4 1100 Factory geliefert wurde, eine Auslegung, die Accossato als Ersatzteil in Originalausführung beschreibt und mit Blick auf ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entwickelt hat. Laut Accossato macht das Herstellungsverfahren den Hebel robuster, sobald er einen Schlag abbekommen hat oder durch einen Sturz gegangen ist. Er ist silbern, und Accossato, 1969 in Moncalieri bei Turin gegründet, veröffentlicht nichts weiter dazu; wir geben nur wieder, was das Unternehmen angibt.
Warum Naked Bikes auf den Hebeln landen
Die Geometrie ist einfach. Ohne Verkleidung ist der Lenker der breiteste Teil des Motorrads, und die Hebelenden reichen am weitesten nach außen. Bei einem Umfaller im Stand berühren Lenkerende und Hebel zuerst den Boden, danach Fußraste und Motordeckel. Lenkerendgewichte und Sturzschutz nehmen einen Teil des Aufpralls auf, doch der Hebel bleibt ungeschützt. Prüfen Sie den Kupplungshebel nach einem Sturz auf Verbiegungen und Risse und stellen Sie sicher, dass er frei zurückkommt. Ein beschädigter kommt herunter: Lagerstelle reinigen, leicht fetten, neuen Hebel einsetzen, den Leerweg so einstellen, wie es die Betriebsanleitung zeigt, und nachsehen, ob der Schalter am Hebel noch seine Arbeit tut. An der Tuono V4 1100 Factory wird die Kupplung wie an jedem Motorrad bei jedem Anfahren und Anhalten benutzt, sie sollte also sauber funktionieren, bevor Sie wieder losfahren.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Auf Accossatos Liste deckt der AGS01 die Tuono V4 1100 Factory von 2015 und 2016 ab. Bei uns ist dasselbe Teil außerdem für die RR-Version dieser Jahre und für die RSV4 RR gelistet.
