Nach einem schweren Sturz gibt es eine richtige Reihenfolge, in der man die Front eines Motorrads wieder zusammensetzt, und Hebel kommen dabei spät. Arbeiten Sie vom Rahmen nach außen, dann montieren Sie kein neues Bedienelement an einen verbogenen Lenker oder eine verzogene Klemmung, was sonst eine doppelte Reparatur bedeutet. An einer FE 501 ist das Cockpit einfach genug, dass eine sorgfältige Stunde alles klärt. Für die Motorräder von 2014 bis 2017 listet Accossato den AGD316, einen silbernen Bremshebel vorn in Originalform.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossatos Ziel beim AGD316 war eine günstige Reparatur statt ein neues Teil im üblichen Sinn, und genau das signalisiert die Beschreibung Ersatzteil in Originalform. Der Hebel folgt der Kontur, die Husqvarna der FE 501 jener Jahre gegeben hat, sodass er sich ins Cockpit einfügt, ohne etwas zu verändern, und das Unternehmen gibt an, dass sein Fertigungsverfahren diese Hebel nach Beschädigung oder einem Zusammenstoß widerstandsfähiger macht. Die hier gelistete Farbe ist silber. Accossato veröffentlicht weder Werkstoff noch Maße, und auch wir behaupten keine.
Das Cockpit neu aufbauen
Beginnen Sie unten. Lösen Sie die Lenkerklemmen und prüfen Sie den Lenker per Augenmaß und Gefühl auf Geradheit, drehen Sie ihn in den Klemmen und visieren Sie von vorn entlang; ein Lenker, der eine Verformung bekommen hat, wird ersetzt, denn ihn zu richten ist schlimmer, als einen Hebel zu richten. Stellen Sie den Lenker dann in der gewünschten Position ein und ziehen Sie die Klemmen gleichmäßig an. Als Nächstes kommen die Armaturen. Eine Armatur, die sich beim Sturz gedreht hat, hat ihre Aufgabe erfüllt und muss nur wieder in den gewohnten Winkel zurück, fest, aber nicht bis zum Anschlag geklemmt, damit sie sich beim nächsten Mal erneut drehen kann. Erst dann montieren Sie die Hebel, mit gereinigten und leicht gefetteten Lagerstellen und Bohrungen. Prüfen Sie auf der Bremsseite, dass das Hebelblatt sauber auf den Kolben des Bremszylinders wirkt und der Leerweg der Anleitung entspricht, und ziehen Sie mehrmals, bis der Druckpunkt fest ist. Drehen Sie zum Schluss den Lenker von Anschlag zu Anschlag, achten Sie darauf, dass kein Zug oder Schlauch gespannt wird, und fahren Sie mit der FE 501 eine langsame Proberunde, bevor Sie ihr etwas Schwieriges zumuten.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Auf Accossatos Liste gehört der AGD316 zur FE 501 von 2014 bis 2017, mit dem AGD14 für 2018 bis 2023 und dem AGD319 für 2024. Derselbe AGD316 ist bei uns außerdem für die FC 350, die FE 250 und die TE 125 gelistet, was einen großen Teil der Husqvarna-Palette jener Zeit abdeckt. Auf der Kupplungsseite nimmt die FE 501 den AGS14 bis 2016 und den AGS17 ab 2018. Accossatos CNC-Hebel für diese Maschine sind der B8283, der C7283 und der C7284.
Straßenzulassung
Da uns kein Prüfzertifikat und kein Zulassungsdokument für den AGD316 vorgelegt wurde, trägt der Hebel keine deutsche ABE und kein Prüfzeichen, und wir bieten ihn für Renn- und Wettbewerbseinsatz an.
