Die Accossato PRS 15x15-16-17 sitzt zwischen dem leichtest- und dem festestziehenden Kolben im einstellbaren PRS-Kupplungsprogramm und bietet mit 15 mm Bohrung eine Ausgewogenheit zwischen Hebelkraft und einem klaren, deutlichen Schleifpunkt. Wie der Rest der PRS-Kupplungsreihe lässt sich der Drehpunktabstand direkt am Hebel auf 15, 16 oder 17 mm einstellen, sodass sich das Gefühl für ein Naked-, Adventure- oder Sporttourer-Motorrad abstimmen lässt, ohne eine andere Pumpe einzubauen. CNC-gefräst und komplett in Italien montiert, kommt sie serienmäßig mit langem Klapphebel und Erleichterungsöse.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Wie die übrigen PRS-Kupplungspumpen wird diese Einheit aus massivem Aluminiumrohling CNC-gefräst und läuft durch dieselbe italienische Natur-Eloxierlinie. Ihre Schrauben sind aus Edelstahl, der Entlüftungsnippel aus verzinktem Stahl, und Formula-1-Compound übernimmt die Abdichtung und hält der Wärmebelastung und dem laufenden Flüssigkeitskontakt stand, die regelmäßiger Kupplungsgebrauch mit sich bringt. Ein eingebauter Versatz am Befestigungspunkt hält das Gehäuse davon ab, sich bei kräftiger Hebelbetätigung zu verdrehen, während die innere Bohrung so geformt ist, dass der Hebelzug mit möglichst wenig verlorener Bewegung in das Auskuppeln übersetzt wird.
Wo der 15-mm-Kolben im PRS-Kupplungsprogramm steht
Der Kolbendurchmesser bestimmt, wie viel Flüssigkeit bei einer bestimmten Hebelbewegung verdrängt wird, und damit auch, wie leicht oder fest sich die Kupplung am Hebel anfühlt. Mit 15 mm liegt dieser Kolben eine Größe über der leichtestziehenden 14-mm-Version im PRS-Kupplungsprogramm und eine Größe unter der 17-mm-Einheit, was einen Zug ergibt, den die meisten Fahrer als deutlich leichter als eine Serien-Kupplungspumpe beschreiben, ohne dabei einen zu weichen, unscharfen Schleifpunkt zu haben. Zusammen mit dem dreistufigen Drehpunkt, der sich ohne Hebeldemontage zwischen 15, 16 und 17 mm verstellen lässt, passt diese Kolbengröße zu Fahrern, die sich zwischen Stop-and-go-Verkehr und schnellerer Fahrt auf demselben Motorrad bewegen, wo keines der beiden Extreme der Hebelkraft die ganze Zeit ideal wäre.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Dieses Teil trägt keine fahrzeugspezifische Zuordnung in unseren Fitment-Daten und zeigt keine passenden Motorräder; Accossato positioniert es als universelle 15-mm-Radial-Kupplungspumpe für einen 22-mm-Lenkerklemmdurchmesser statt für ein bestimmtes Modell. Fahrer, die sie einbauen, sollten zunächst ihre eigene Klemmung messen, prüfen, ob die Kupplungsanlage am Motorrad eine 15-mm-Pumpe aufnimmt, und kontrollieren, ob diese Bohrungsgröße zur bereits verbauten Kupplungsmechanik passt.

Für diese Kupplungspumpe liegt keine deutsche ABE vor; sie ist für den Einsatz auf der Rennstrecke bestimmt.

Im Lieferumfang enthalten ist die Accossato PRS 15x15-16-17 Radial-Kupplungspumpe mit langem Klapphebel und Erleichterungsöse (RST), in natur eloxiertem Aluminium. Edelstahl-Befestigungsschrauben, das verzinkte Entlüftungsventil und die Dichtungen aus Formula-1-Compound sind bereits montiert. Der Bremslichtschalter, separat erhältlich als ID001 oder ID002, und der Ausgleichsbehälter sind nicht enthalten und müssen gesondert erworben werden.
