Die Accossato PRS 14x15-16-17 markiert das untere Ende der einstellbaren Kupplungspumpen-Reihe: ein 14-mm-Kolben trifft hier auf eine Hebelübersetzung, die sich zwischen 15, 16 und 17 mm verstellen lässt. Sie ist für Fahrer gedacht, denen der Zug eines größeren Kolbens zu schwer ist und die den Schleifpunkt dennoch selbst feinjustieren möchten. Der Hebel lässt sich zum Verstauen einklappen, trägt eine Erleichterungsöse und ist in sieben Farben erhältlich, jeweils mit passender Einstellschraube, sodass sich die Optik an den Rest des Motorrads anpassen lässt.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Wie der Rest der PRS-Reihe wird auch diese Kupplungspumpe in Italien aus einem Aluminiumblock gefräst und natur eloxiert. Die Befestigungsteile sind aus Edelstahl, das Entlüftungsventil besteht aus verzinktem Stahl, und die inneren Dichtungen sind aus Formel-1-Werkstoff gefertigt, damit sie auch nach wiederholtem Kontakt mit der Kupplungsflüssigkeit und der Wärme in Motornähe zuverlässig arbeiten. Eine versetzte Schelle sitzt innerhalb der Befestigung, um das Durchbiegen zu verringern, wenn das Getriebe stark beansprucht wird; das Gehäuse ist so gestaltet, dass der passive Hebelweg – also der Weg, bevor die Kupplung tatsächlich zu trennen beginnt – so kurz wie konstruktiv möglich bleibt.
Was der 14-mm-Kolben verändert
Von den drei Kolbengrößen dieser PRS-Kupplungsreihe ist 14 mm die kleinste, und ein kleinerer Kolben verdrängt je Hebelweg weniger Hydraulikflüssigkeit. In der Praxis bleibt dadurch die nötige Handkraft am Hebel gering, was Fahrern mit weniger Grip in der Hand oder langen Strecken, auf denen die Hand ermüdet, entgegenkommt – allerdings kann der Hebelweg bis zum vollständigen Auskuppeln dafür etwas länger ausfallen als bei einem größeren Kolben. Die verstellbare Übersetzung erlaubt es dann, diesen Weg bei 15, 16 oder 17 mm feinzustimmen, ohne den Kolben selbst zu wechseln; die Balance zwischen leichtem Zug und kurzem Hub bleibt also jederzeit in der Hand des Fahrers.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato veröffentlicht für diese Kupplungspumpe keine eigene Fahrzeugliste, und auch in unseren Fitment-Daten ist keine hinterlegt: Sie gilt als universelle 14-mm-Radial-Kupplungspumpe für Lenker mit 22 mm Klemmung. Prüfen Sie diesen Klemmdurchmesser und stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihre vorhandene Kupplungshydraulik für einen 14-mm-Kolben ausgelegt ist, bevor Sie die Pumpe verbauen.
Straßenzulassung
Diese Kupplungspumpe wird ohne deutsche Straßenzulassungsunterlagen geliefert und ist für Rennstrecke und Wettbewerb vorgesehen.

Der Bremslichtschalter, separat erhältlich als ID001 oder ID002, sowie der Ausgleichsbehälter sind nicht enthalten und müssen gesondert erworben werden.
