Die Accossato CNC PRS 16x15-16-17 ist eine Flaggschiff-Radial-Kupplungspumpe für Adventure-, Naked- und Sporttourer-Maschinen, aufgebaut um einen 16-mm-Kolben mit einer Hebelübersetzung, die sich zwischen 15, 16 und 17 mm verstellen lässt. Statt eines klassischen Hebelblatts trägt sie den Revolution-Hebel, der über das Hinzufügen oder Entfernen kleiner Einsätze abgestimmt wird statt allein über die Übersetzung, und der in sieben zum Motorrad passenden Farben geliefert wird.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Als Flaggschiff-Produkt von Accossato wird diese Kupplungspumpe aus einem Aluminiumblock in Italien CNC-gefräst und natur eloxiert. Die Befestigungsteile sind aus Edelstahl, das Entlüftungsventil ist feuerverzinkter Stahl, und die Kolbendichtungen sind aus Formel-1-Werkstoff, der gewählt wurde, um auch über die Wärmezyklen und den Flüssigkeitskontakt in Motornähe hinweg zuverlässig abzudichten. Eine versetzte Schelle im Befestigungsbereich verringert das Durchbiegen der Einheit, wenn das Getriebe stark gefordert wird, und die inneren Kanäle sind so gestaltet, dass der passive Hebelweg – der Weg, bevor die Kupplung tatsächlich zu trennen beginnt – um mehr als die Hälfte gegenüber einer Standard-Radialpumpe reduziert wird.
Zwei Verstellebenen für den Kupplungshebel
Diese Einheit erlaubt es, das Kupplungsgefühl auf zwei getrennten Wegen zu verändern. Das Verschieben der Übersetzung zwischen 15, 16 und 17 mm verändert das grundlegende Verhältnis zwischen Handkraft und Hebelweg – eine grobe Verstellung, die Accossato als für alle Einsatzzwecke geeignet einstuft –, während das eigene Einsatzsystem des Revolution-Hebels zusätzlich eine feinere Anpassung auf jeder gewählten Übersetzungsstufe erlaubt. Bei einem 16-mm-Kolben, einer Größe, die für ein progressives und leicht dosierbares Lösen gewählt wurde und weder das leichteste noch das festeste Extrem der Reihe darstellt, gibt diese Kombination Fahrern auf Adventure- und Naked-Bikes erheblichen Spielraum, die Kupplung genau nach eigenem Wunsch einzustellen.

Straßenzulassung
Diese Kupplungspumpe wird ohne deutsche Straßenzulassungsunterlagen geliefert und ist für Rennstrecke und Wettbewerb vorgesehen.
Lieferumfang
Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind die Accossato CNC PRS 16x15-16-17 Radial-Kupplungspumpe mit montiertem Revolution-Hebel in der gewählten Farbe, Ausführung natur eloxiertes Aluminium. Edelstahl-Befestigungsschrauben, das feuerverzinkte Entlüftungsventil und die Dichtungen aus Formel-1-Werkstoff sind an der Einheit montiert. Der Bremslichtschalter, separat erhältlich als ID001 oder ID002, sowie der Ausgleichsbehälter sind nicht enthalten und müssen gesondert erworben werden.
