Diese Accossato 16x16 Kupplungspumpe trägt dieselbe sanft ziehende Kombination aus 16-mm-Kolben und 16-mm-Achsabstand wie ihr klappbares Gegenstück, jedoch mit einem starren Hebel ohne eigenes Drehgelenk. Fahrer, denen ein klappbares Hebelblatt eine Spur Spiel vermittelt, oder die einfach die schlichte Optik eines einteiligen Hebels bevorzugen, wählen diese Version. In Italien aus Aluminium gefräst und schwarz eloxiert, wird sie mit einem langen starren Hebel mit Erleichterungsöse geliefert, erhältlich in sieben Farben passend zu den übrigen Bedienelementen.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Das Gehäuse dieser Kupplungspumpe ist CNC-gefrästes Aluminium, schwarz eloxiert an derselben italienischen Linie, die auch den Rest der Baureihe fertigt. Edelstahlschrauben sichern die Einheit, das Entlüftungsventil ist verzinkter Stahl, und die Dichtungen aus Formula-1-Compound halten anhaltendem Kontakt mit Kupplungsflüssigkeit und Hitze stand. Eine versetzt in der Schelle angebrachte Aufnahme wirkt einem Verformen entgegen, wenn der Hebel kräftig betätigt wird, und das Innenleben ist so gestaltet, dass der Leerweg – die Strecke, bevor sich die Kupplungsscheiben trennen – gegenüber einem Standard-Radialmodell um mehr als 50 Prozent verkürzt bleibt.
Ein starrer Hebel in der weichsten Einstellung
Der 16-mm-Kolben und der 16-mm-Achsabstand ergeben hier den leichtesten Hebelzug, den Accossato auf dieser Kupplungsplattform anbietet, zum Preis eines etwas längeren Hebelwegs gegen deutlich weniger Handkraft – eine Kombination, die gut zu Fahrern passt, die die Kupplung den ganzen Tag betätigen statt nur ein paar Mal pro Runde. Der Unterschied zur klappbaren Version liegt allein im Hebel: Dies ist ein starres, steifes Blatt ohne Gelenk zwischen Hebel und Klemmung, sodass der einzige Klapppunkt der gesamten Baugruppe an der Lenkerbefestigung liegt und den Hebel im Fall eines Sturzes schützt, statt im normalen Gebrauch nachzugeben. Für Fahrer, die dieses leichtere, weichere Kupplungsgefühl ohne jedes Spiel am Drehpunkt wollen, ist diese starre Ausführung die direktere der beiden Optionen.

Lieferumfang
Der Lieferumfang umfasst die Accossato CL026 Radialpumpe komplett mit dem langen starren Hebel mit Erleichterungsöse (RST) in der gewählten Hebelfarbe sowie dem farblich eloxierten, passenden Verstellknopf. Die Edelstahl-Befestigungsschrauben und das verzinkte Entlüftungsventil sind montiert; der Bremslichtschalter und der Ausgleichsbehälter sind nicht enthalten und werden separat bestellt (Schalter unter Artikelnummer ID001 oder ID002, Ausgleichsbehälter als eigenständiger Artikel).
