Die Accossato 19x20 mit farbigem starrem Hebel für 1-Zoll-Lenker ist das schärfste Verhältnis, das Accossato für Custom-Lenker baut, und paart einen 19-mm-Doppelscheiben-Kolben mit einem 20-mm-Achsabstand, der den Hebelweg verkürzt, allerdings zum Preis höherer Handkraft – eine Einstellung, die die Marke nicht für den alltäglichen Straßeneinsatz empfiehlt. Der starre Hebel, das Einstellrad und der Behälterdeckel teilen sich hier eine von sieben Farben, statt der rein schwarzen Ausführung der PC006-Version desselben Verhältnisses, an einer Harley-Davidson-Maschine aus Touring oder Softail.

Eine versetzte Erhöhung begrenzt das Verbiegen der Einheit bei starkem Bremsen, und der Leerweg – der Hebelweg, bevor die Beläge tatsächlich greifen – ist gegenüber einer gewöhnlichen Radial-Bremspumpe um mehr als die Hälfte verkürzt.
20 mm starr, in Farbe ausgeführt
Accossato stuft den 20-mm-Achsabstand als seine schärfste Einstellung ein, weil der größere Abstand zwischen Hebeldrehpunkt und Pumpachse den Hub bis zur vollen Bremskraft verkürzt, dafür jedoch mehr Handkraft verlangt als die 18- oder 19-mm-Versionen im selben Programm – weshalb er nicht auf der Empfehlungsliste für den alltäglichen Straßeneinsatz steht. Diese Version behält genau dieses Verhalten und den starren, festen Hebel der PC006-Einheit, öffnet aber die Farbauswahl auf sieben Optionen für Hebel, Einstellrad und Behälterdeckel gemeinsam, sodass das schärfste Verhältnis im 1-Zoll-Programm nicht allein in Schwarz erhältlich bleibt.
