Diese überarbeitete Accossato-Radial-Bremspumpe mit 10,5 mm Kolben behält den integrierten Ausgleichsbehälter und die Ausrichtung auf Offroad-Maschinen, Roller und Pitbikes der früheren Version bei, wechselt aber zu einem Gelenkhebel ohne Erleichterungsöse (NRST), in sieben Farben erhältlich, und ergänzt einen Verstellknopf vorn, mit dem sich der Abstand zwischen Hebel und Lenker per einfacher Drehung einstellen lässt. Accossato listet für diese Einheit zudem ein vollständiges Ersatzteilsortiment, vom Entlüftungsventil bis zum Hebelbolzen, sodass sie sich langfristig unkompliziert instand halten lässt.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Wie bei den übrigen Einheiten dieser Offroad-Linie ist das Pumpengehäuse geschmiedetes Aluminium, während Deckel und Hebel zur Maßgenauigkeit CNC-gefräst werden. Der U-Bügel, mit dem die Einheit am Lenker geklemmt wird, ist versetzt angeordnet und besteht aus verzinktem Stahl, und der Leitungsanschluss nutzt dasselbe M10x1-Gewinde wie im gesamten Accossato-Programm. Für genau diese Version veröffentlicht Accossato eine ausführliche Ersatzteilliste, die das Entlüftungsventil, den U-Bügel selbst, Verstellknopf und -bolzen des Hebels, die Ausgleichsdichtung, die Behälterkappe, den Sicherungsclip, den Hebelbolzen, die Buchse, die Hebelritzel-Halterung, die Rückstellabdeckung und die Wannendichtung umfasst, sodass einzelne Teile statt der gesamten Einheit ersetzt werden können.
Was sich mit Gelenkhebel und Verstellknopf vorn ändert
Statt des Klapphebels der früheren 10,5-mm-Version setzt diese Einheit auf einen gelenkigen Hebel ohne Erleichterungsöse, von Accossato als NRST-Ausführung bezeichnet. Ein in jede Einheit eingebauter Verstellknopf vorn erlaubt es, den Abstand zwischen Hebel und Lenkergriff per einfacher Drehung einzustellen, sodass sich die Griffweite unabhängig vom Rest der Bremsanlage an die Handgröße des Fahrers anpassen lässt. Accossato weist darauf hin, dass diese Bremspumpe – kombiniert mit einem eigenen Bremsleitungskit und Racing-Bremsflüssigkeit – die Bremswirkung auf den Sportmotorrädern, Offroad-Maschinen, Rollern und Pitbikes verbessern soll, für die sie empfohlen wird.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Für diese Version mit Gelenkhebel gilt derselbe universelle Status wie für die frühere 10,5-mm-Einheit im Programm: Accossato nennt keine Fahrzeugliste, und auch in unseren Fitment-Daten ist keine hinterlegt. Prüfen Sie, dass Ihre Lenkerklemmung 22 mm misst und Ihre vordere Bremse mit einem 10,5-mm-Kolben und integriertem Ausgleichsbehälter kompatibel ist, bevor Sie kaufen.
Straßenzulassung
Diese Bremspumpe wird ohne deutsche Straßenzulassungsunterlagen geliefert und ist für Rennstrecke und Wettbewerb vorgesehen.
Lieferumfang
Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind die Accossato 10,5-mm-Radial-Bremspumpe mit integriertem Ausgleichsbehälter, montiert mit dem Gelenkhebel ohne Erleichterungsöse (NRST) und dem Verstellknopf vorn, in der gewählten Farbe. Der versetzte U-Bügel aus verzinktem Stahl und das zur Montage nötige Befestigungsmaterial sind enthalten. Der Bremslichtschalter ist nicht enthalten und muss gesondert erworben werden; das vollständige Ersatzteil- und Zubehörsortiment, einschließlich der Hydrostopps ID001, ID002 und ID005, ist separat erhältlich.
