Die Zero FXE ist ein leichtes, im Supermoto-Stil gehaltenes Elektromotorrad für die Stadt, und Accossato listet seinen vorderen Belag AGPA92 für die FXE ZF7.2 aus 2022. Diese Version nutzt die organische Mischung (OR). Die FXE wird typischerweise auf kurzen Etappen zwischen Zuhause, Arbeit und Café bewegt, oft von Fahrern, die vom Roller oder Fahrrad umgestiegen sind. Ein Belag, der leise ist, die Scheibe schont und ohne Aufwärmphase wirkt, passt gut zu diesem urbanen Leben.

Accossatos Beschreibung seiner organischen Mischung konzentriert sich auf zwei Punkte: Sie liefert längere Leistung und begrenzt den Verschleiß der Scheibe. Für ein kleines Stadtmotorrad bedeuten beide Punkte niedrigere Unterhaltskosten und weniger Zeit in der Werkstatt. Die organische Mischung ist für die moderaten Temperaturen des Stop-and-go-Verkehrs gemacht statt für lange Bergabfahrten oder Rennstreckensessions, was zum natürlichen Habitat der FXE passt.

Ein typischer Tag auf der FXE umfasst ein Dutzend kurzer Fahrten, jede mit einem kalten Start und einer Reihe sanfter Bremsungen an Kreuzungen, Überwegen und Ladezonen. Der organische Belag ist darauf ausgelegt, genau in diesen Momenten vorhersehbar zu greifen, ohne erst Temperatur aufbauen zu müssen. Bei einem lautlosen Motorrad hören Passanten kaum etwas, und eine quietschende Bremse wäre das lauteste Geräusch, das die FXE macht; auch hier hilft der ruhige Charakter der organischen Mischung. Fahrer, die vom Roller umsteigen, schätzen zudem einen progressiven Hebel, der bei niedrigem Tempo nicht reißt.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato listet den AGPA92 für die Front der Zero FXE ZF7.2, Baujahr 2022. Der hintere Belag für dasselbe Motorrad ist der AGPP91. Beläge derselben Achse gemeinsam wechseln, die Kolben vor dem Zurückdrücken reinigen und den Hebel nach dem Einbau mehrmals pumpen, bis der Druckpunkt zurückkehrt. Bei einem leichten Motorrad geht der Wechsel schnell, doch ein sorgfältiges Einfahren über die ersten Fahrten lohnt sich trotzdem.
