Die meisten Stunden auf einer GasGas MC 450F verbringt man nicht am Renntag, sondern beim Training: Runde um Runde auf der Hausstrecke, Starts aus einem geliehenen Gate, ein Trainer, der von der Bande aus die Linie ruft. Der Bremsbelagsatz AGPA29OR von Accossato vorne nutzt die organische Mischung (OR) und ist für die MC 450F von 2021 bis 2026 gelistet. Er richtet sich an Fahrer, die viele Trainingsstunden sammeln und möchten, dass die vordere Bremsscheibe mehrere Belagsätze überdauert, denn Accossato spricht dieser Mischung eine lange Standzeit und einen geringen Scheibenverschleiß zu.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Unter den Mischungen, die auf die Form AGPA29 gepresst werden, ist die organische die sanfteste. Accossato fasst sie in zwei Eigenschaften zusammen: Die Beläge halten lange durch, und die Scheibe, an der sie reiben, verliert weniger Material als bei einer härteren Mischung. An einer Motocross-Maschine, die vier Tage die Woche gefahren wird, wiegt der zweite Punkt schwer, denn eine neue Bremsscheibe vorne kostet weit mehr als neue Beläge. Die Beläge folgen der Kontur der Originale und setzen sich dort ein, wo das abgenutzte Paar herauskam.
Trainingsrunden und die Bremsscheibe vorne
Ein Trainingstag wiederholt dieselben wenigen Bremspunkte Dutzende Male. Die erste Kurve nach der Startgerade, die Berme am Fuß des Hügels, die enge Spitzkehre vor den Wellen: Jede Runde verlangt der vorderen Bremse dieselbe Arbeit ab, und über eine Saison summieren sich diese Bremsungen zu Tausenden. Wer so viel trainiert, sieht Belag- und Scheibenverschleiß deutlicher als jeder andere. Ein organischer Belag passt zu diesem Rhythmus, denn er geht mild mit der Scheibe um und reagiert meist sanft, wenn die Bremse zu Beginn des ersten Trainings am Morgen noch kalt ist. Ist die Scheibe an Ihrer MC 450F bereits dünn, listet Accossato für dieses Motorrad auch die Scheiben DK018 und DK259.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato führt AGPA29 für die MC 450 F, gebaut von 2021 bis 2026, und der organische Satz teilt seine Form mit den übrigen Mischungen dieses Belags. Ein Motocross-Motorrad trägt einen einzigen Bremssattel vorne, sodass eine Schachtel die vordere Bremse erneuert. Für das Hinterrad bietet Accossato AGPP80 in denselben Jahrgängen an. Reinigen Sie vor dem Einbau die Kolben des Bremssattels, bevor Sie sie zurückdrücken, prüfen Sie die verbliebene Scheibendicke und pumpen Sie den Hebel fest, bevor das Motorrad vom Ständer kommt.
Straßenzulassung
Für diesen Satz liegt uns keine deutsche ABE (Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis) und kein Prüfzertifikat vor, deshalb verkaufen wir ihn für Rennsport und Wettbewerb. An einer reinen Motocross-Maschine wie der MC 450F ist genau das ohnehin der Einsatzort.
