Eine BMW R nineT Racer ist nicht das naheliegende Motorrad für einen Montagmorgen, und trotzdem fahren nicht wenige Besitzer genau damit zur Arbeit. Clip-on-Lenker legen das Gewicht im zähen Verkehr auf die Handgelenke, der Boxer stampft im Schritttempo unter Ihnen her, und die vordere Bremse muss an jeder Ampel zwischen Wohnung und Büro denselben kurzen, sorgfältigen Stopp liefern. Accossato baut seinen Bremsbelag AGPA96 in der Mischung Organic für genau diese Art von Arbeitswoche und führt ihn für die Racer der Jahre 2017 bis 2020.

Die Scheiben sind kalt und oft feucht, eine Nacht mit Tau oder ein Schauer hat einen Film hinterlassen, und auf der R nineT Racer sitzen Sie weit vorn über dem Tank, sodass das Vorderrad fast den gesamten Grip trägt. Wer mit diesem Motorrad pendelt, lernt schnell, den Hebel früh zu greifen und zu ziehen statt zu packen, damit der erste Zug die Scheibe reinigt und erst der zweite die Maschine verzögert. Eine Mischung, die schon kalt anspricht, passt zu diesem Rhythmus, zumal die kurzen Etappen einer Arbeitswoche die vordere Bremse ohnehin selten richtig heiß werden lassen. Zählen Sie vor der Bestellung die Bremssättel an Ihrem eigenen Vorderrad, denn eine Schachtel versorgt genau einen davon.
