Durch eine enge, kurvenreiche Passage bewegen sich die Stiefel fast ebenso viel wie die Hände, kurz auf der einen Seite einer Spurrille aufgesetzt, bevor sie für die nächste Kurve wieder wechseln. Eine breite, nachsichtige Raste unterstützt dieses ständige Umpositionieren besser als eine schmale, die sich instabil anfühlen kann, sobald der Stiefel nicht perfekt zentriert sitzt, und die dem Fahrer weniger überlässt, worüber nachzudenken bleibt, während die Strecke an anderer Stelle schnelle Entscheidungen verlangt.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Fahrer, die dieses Teil montieren, sollten wissen, dass es speziell für die 350SX-F von 2011 bis 2015 gedacht ist; ein Motorrad von 2016 bis 2022 braucht den FR798, eines ab 2023 den FR809, mit jeweils wechselnden Farben.
