Nicht jede Motocross-Strecke ist aus Lehm oder Sand geformt. In ganz Europa werden viele Clubveranstaltungen noch auf Ackerland ausgetragen, mit einer Strecke, die für ein Wochenende auf einer Grasfläche abgesteckt wird. An einer Husqvarna FC 450 können sich die ersten Runden auf frischem Gras wie Fahren auf nasser Seife anfühlen, besonders am frühen Morgen, und die Strecke verändert sich vollständig, sobald die Grasnarbe aufgerissen wird. Die Füße des Fahrers haben dabei viel zu tun. Accossato fertigt vergrößerte Fußrasten aus Ergal für die FC 450 von 2023 bis 2026, in orange, blau oder schwarz.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Laut Accossato handelt es sich um vergrößerte Fußrasten aus Ergal, gedacht für Motocross-, Enduro- und Offroad-Motorräder. Ergal ist eine hochfeste Aluminiumlegierung. Über Material und vergrößerte Größe hinaus macht der Hersteller keine technischen Angaben, deshalb bleiben wir bei diesen beiden Fakten. Eine größere Raste gibt dem Stiefel mehr zum Auflegen, was willkommen ist, wenn die Sohlen nass und rutschig sind. Das Set enthält beide Rasten, eine je Seite, und die Farbe wird als Variante gewählt: orange, blau oder schwarz für die aktuelle FC 450.
Wenn die Strecke ein Feld ist
Gras bietet sehr wenig Grip, bis es abgetragen ist. In den ersten Runden dreht das Hinterrad der FC 450 leicht durch, und die Stärke des Motors wird eher zum Problem als zum Vorteil; erfahrene Fahrer wählen einen höheren Gang, geben sanft Gas und suchen die dunkleren Linien, an denen der Boden bereits durchscheint. Stehen hilft auf den Geraden, da es dem Motorrad erlaubt, sich frei unter dem Fahrer zu bewegen, wenn das Heck ausbricht. Tau macht das erste Rennen des Morgens am rutschigsten, und die Stiefel werden bald nass und glatt.
Im Laufe des Tages wird aus dem Feld eine richtige Strecke. In den Kurven bilden sich Spurrillen, die Bremszonen brechen auf, und der Untergrund wird mit jedem Rennen rauer, sodass sich das Fahren von behutsam zu körperlich verändert. Durch all das sind die Füße die Verbindung zwischen Fahrer und Motorrad: morgens etwas rutschend auf nassem Gras, am Nachmittag hart arbeitend durch die Spurrillen. Breite Rasten geben den Sohlen in beiden Situationen mehr Halt. Spülen Sie nach der Veranstaltung Gras und Erde aus den Fußrasten-Lagerstellen, bevor sie eintrocknen.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Dieses Fußrastenset, der FR809, ist von Accossato für die FC 450 der Modelljahre 2023 bis 2026 gelistet. Für ältere Motorräder gibt es zwei weitere Sets: den FR795 für 2014 und 2015 sowie den FR798 für 2016 bis 2022. Da das Baujahr den Unterschied macht, bestätigen Sie es vor der Bestellung, vergleichen Sie Fotos und Farbwahl, und schreiben Sie uns bei Fragen. Der FR809 ist bei uns außerdem für die FC 250, die FE 501 und die KTM 150 EXC gelistet.
Straßenzulassung
Für dieses Set haben wir weder eine ABE noch eine andere Zulassung, es ist deshalb für den Wettbewerb bestimmt.
