Der Renntag beginnt am Vorabend. Für die meisten Clubfahrer bedeutet das eine Garage oder Einfahrt, eine Arbeitsleuchte und eine Husqvarna FC 350 auf dem Ständer, mit einer Liste an Arbeiten, die vor dem Beladen des Transporters erledigt sein müssen. Luftfilter, Kette, Reifendruck, Speichen und Hebel stehen für viele Fahrer zuerst. Die Fußrasten geraten leicht in Vergessenheit, obwohl die Stiefel in jedem Lauf jeder Runde auf ihnen ruhen. Accossato fertigt vergrößerte Fußrasten aus Ergal für die FC 350 von 2023 bis 2026, in orange, blau oder schwarz.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Das Unternehmen hinter diesen Rasten begann 1969 in Moncalieri bei Turin. Seine Beschreibung des Teils ist kurz: vergrößerte Fußrasten, aus Ergal gefertigt, für Motocross-, Enduro- und Offroad-Motorräder. Ergal ist eine hochfeste Aluminiumlegierung, und die vergrößerte Form gibt dem Stiefel eine großzügigere Fläche als eine kleinere Raste. Sie erhalten zwei Rasten, eine für links und eine für rechts, in der von Ihnen gewählten Farbe aus orange, blau und schwarz. Accossato veröffentlicht zu diesem Teil keine weiteren technischen Details, und wir erfinden keine.
Eine Checkliste für den Vorabend
Eine gute Routine vor dem Rennen folgt jedes Mal derselben Reihenfolge, damit nichts übersehen wird, wenn der Fahrer müde oder in Eile ist. Viele Mechaniker beginnen am Vorderrad und arbeiten sich nach hinten vor: Achse und Klemmschrauben, Bremsbeläge und -flüssigkeit, Lenker und Hebel, dann der Motor, die Kette und das Hinterrad. An der FC 350 gehören die Fußrasten ebenfalls auf diese Liste. Klappen Sie jede von Hand hoch und lassen Sie los; sie sollte ohne Zögern zurückschnappen. Achten Sie auf eingetrockneten Schlamm in der Lagerstelle und auf eine Feder, die ihre Spannung verloren hat.
Sind die Rasten neu, ist der Vorabend auch der richtige Moment, sie in Ruhe statt im Fahrerlager zu montieren. Prüfen Sie die originalen Stifte und Federn und verwenden Sie sie weiter, falls sie in gutem Zustand sind, reinigen Sie die Lagerstelle und geben Sie einen dünnen Fettfilm hinzu. Setzen Sie sich dann in Fahrstiefeln auf die FC 350 und prüfen Sie, ob Schalthebel und Hinterradbremspedal noch natürlich unter dem Fuß liegen, denn eine größere Raste kann verändern, wie der Stiefel auf beide trifft. Diese Zeit zu Hause erspart viel Herumfummeln am Start.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Der FR809 ist Accossatos Fußrastenset für die aktuelle FC 350, Modelljahre 2023 bis 2026. Die Liste führt für dieses Motorrad zwei weitere Sets: den FR795 für 2014 und 2015 sowie den FR798 für 2016 bis 2022. Jedes ist an seine eigenen Modelljahre gebunden, prüfen Sie also das Jahr in Ihren Unterlagen, vergleichen Sie Fotos und Farboptionen, und fragen Sie uns im Zweifel.
