Tuono ist italienisch für Donner, und Aprilia gab den Namen der nackten Version seines Superbikes RSV4, V4-Motor inklusive. Die Tuono V4 1100 Factory war die höherwertig ausgestattete der beiden Versionen, und viele von ihnen verbringen ihre Wochenenden eher auf einer Rennstrecke als auf der Straße. Dort, zwischen Reihen vollverkleideter Sportmotorräder, zeigt eine nackte Maschine alles, bis hin zu den kleinen Teilen an ihrem Motor. Für die Tuono V4 1100 Factory von 2015 bis 2017 führt Accossato den FP009, einen Öldeckel mit dem Gewinde M25x1.5, aus Aluminium CNC-gefräst und eloxiert.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato formt den FP009 auf CNC-Maschinen aus Aluminium und eloxiert ihn anschließend. Das Eloxieren macht die äußere Schicht des Metalls zur farbigen Oberfläche, statt sie mit Lack zu überdecken, und für diesen Deckel werden acht Farben angeboten. Titan, Schwarz und Silber lassen die Tuono V4 1100 Factory nah am Serienbild; Rot, Orange und Gold bringen Wärme hinein, während Blau und Grün deutlich hervorstechen. Das einzige Maß, das Accossato nennt, ist das Gewinde, M25x1.5, und es bestimmt den Deckel: Neben den Anwendungen auf der Liste von Accossato lässt er sich an anderen Motorrädern mit einem Deckel dieser Größe verwenden.
Ein nacktes Motorrad im Fahrerlager voller Verkleidungen
Wer bei einem Trackday durch das Fahrerlager geht, erkennt die Tuono V4 1100 Factory leicht. Zwischen den verkleideten Superbikes ist sie eine der wenigen Maschinen, deren Motor auf einen Blick zu sehen ist, und Fahrer, die zwischen zwei Gruppen vorbeischlendern, sehen meist genauer hin. Was ihnen zuerst auffällt, ist der Zustand des Motorrads: sauber oder verschmiert, trocken oder ölend. Dieselben Dinge suchen die Veranstalter bei der technischen Kontrolle vor der ersten Gruppe, und eine Undichtigkeit ist einer der Gründe, aus denen ein Motorrad zurück zum Transporter geschickt werden kann. Der Ölstand gehört deshalb an den Abend davor, in die eigene Garage: Lesen Sie ihn genau so ab, wie es die Bedienungsanleitung beschreibt, und füllen Sie in kleinen Schritten nach, wenn der Wert es verlangt. An der Strecke bleibt die Einfüllöffnung geschlossen, solange der Motor heiß ist. Zwischen den Gruppen genügt ein Blick auf den Deckel und das Kurbelgehäuse ringsum. Sieht etwas feucht aus, lassen Sie den V4 vollständig abkühlen und klären Sie die Ursache vor der nächsten Ausfahrt. Und wenn der FP009 doch heraus muss, reinigen Sie zuerst ringsum, legen Sie ihn auf einen frischen Lappen und drehen Sie ihn später von Hand ein, bis er aufsitzt, ohne Hebel.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Die Anwendungsliste von Accossato nennt den FP009 für die Tuono 1100 V4 Factory von 2015 bis 2017. Der Deckel ist über sein Gewinde M25x1.5 bestimmt, und Accossato erklärt, dass er sich auch an andere Motorräder mit einem Deckel derselben Größe anpassen lässt. Im Katalog von Inter-Pace erscheint dasselbe Teil unter der RSV4 Factory, der Tuono V4 1100 RR und der Brutale 1090 von MV Agusta.
