Eine zum Rennbike umgebaute Brutale 800 braucht ein dazu passendes Bremsen-Setup vorn. Dieses ZXC-Keramik-Rennset passt an die Front der MV-Agusta-Brutale-800-Familie von 2013 bis 2025 und richtet sich an Teams und Privatfahrer, die ihre Bremsen über ein Renn-Wochenende hinweg planen und anpassen.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato beschreibt ZXC als Keramikmischung, ideal fürs Rennen. Das ordnet sie klar der Rennstrecke zu. Der Hersteller zielt über sein Programm hinweg auf lange Belaglebensdauer, durch kontrollierte Hitze gebremstes Fading und kräftige Bremskraft. Accossato arbeitet heute von Villastellone bei Turin aus. An einem leichten Dreizylinder-Rennbike ist ein keramischer Frontbelag ein Element eines Setups, das auch Reifen, Fahrwerk und Hebelverstellung umfasst, und sollte über mehrere Sessions hinweg beurteilt werden.
Bremsen-Setup als Teil des Plans
Rennteams, die ein Brutale-800-Streckenbike betreuen, behandeln die Bremsen als eine Einstellung, die feinjustiert wird. Freitags lernen sie, wie das keramische ZXC-Set einläuft und wie sich der Hebel mit steigender Hitze verändert. Samstags folgen Feinabstimmungen an Hebelposition und gegebenenfalls eine Entlüftung. Sonntags wird gefahren. Dieser Belag ist für Menschen gedacht, die so arbeiten. Zum Vergleich: EV2 ist die andere Rennmischung in dieser Form, während OR, ST und EV1 straßenbasiert sind.
Routine in der Box
Wechseln Sie beide Frontsets gemeinsam und bremsen Sie sie über die ersten Runden ein. Prüfen Sie nach jeder Session Scheibenoberflächen und Belagstärke. Halten Sie die Flüssigkeit frisch und Reinigungsspray fern von den Reibflächen. Reinigen Sie die Kolben, bevor Sie sie zurückdrücken.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Dieser Frontbelag passt an jedes Mitglied der Familie, das Accossato dafür nennt: die nackte Brutale 800, verkauft 2013 bis 2020, ihre RC-Ausführung von 2018 bis 2020, die 2020 eingeführte Rosso, den kurzheckigen Dragster von 2015 bis 2019 und den Dragster RC ab 2017. Die letzten beiden, Rosso und Dragster RC, sind bis 2025 katalogisiert. Teams, die beim Rennumbau die Bremssättel gewechselt haben, müssen die Form mit dem Originalteil vergleichen. Der Bremssattel hinten nutzt AGPA42. Mit zwei Bremssätteln vorn sind zwei Boxen für die Arbeit nötig, und ein drittes Paar in der Box zahlt sich aus.
Straßenzulassung
Für diesen Belag liegen keine Zulassungsunterlagen (ABE oder Prüfzeichen) vor, weshalb er für Strecke und Wettbewerb angeboten wird.
