Scramblern begegnet man häufiger bei Streckenveranstaltungen, als man denken würde, von offenen Trackdays bis zu Zweizylinder-Klubrennen. Für eine so eingesetzte Moto Morini Scrambler 1200 des Jahrgangs 2018 fertigt Accossato den Heckbelag AGPA42 in der Keramik-Rennmischung ZXC. Er ist für den Wettbewerb ausgelegt, bei dem die Hinterradbremse präzise und manchmal sehr hart eingesetzt wird und die Beläge heiß stabil bleiben müssen.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato bezeichnet ZXC als keramische Mischung, ideal für den Rennsport. Der Belag ist darauf ausgelegt, bei den auf der Strecke erreichten Temperaturen zu funktionieren und während einer Session eine stabile Reaktion zu liefern. Wie alle Accossato-Mischungen ist er für langsamen Verschleiß und begrenzte Wärmeentwicklung gemacht.
Enge Strecken und Spitzkehren
Auf einem kurzen, kurvigen Rundkurs verbringt eine Scrambler einen Großteil der Runde mit Bremsen in langsame Kurven. Die Front übernimmt den Großteil der Arbeit, doch die Hinterradbremse hat an der Scrambler 1200 eine wichtige Rolle: Sie hilft dem Motorrad beim Einlenken, indem sie das Heck beruhigt, und hält es stabil, wenn der Fahrer tief in eine Spitzkehre hineinbremst. Auf einer engen Strecke wird das Heck auch beim Herausbeschleunigen genutzt, um die Front unten zu halten, wenn der große Twin stark antreibt. Die keramische Rennmischung ZXC ist darauf ausgelegt, in diesen Situationen eine präzise, gleichbleibende Reaktion zu liefern. Wärmen Sie die Beläge zu Beginn einer Session schrittweise auf und prüfen Sie nach jeder Ausfahrt die Belagstärke. Halten Sie die Scheibe sauber und trocken, denn Öl aus dem Kettenbereich verringert den Grip.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato listet AGPA42 ausschließlich für das Heck der Moto Morini Scrambler 1200 im Jahr 2018. Für dieses Modell ist kein Frontbelag oder keine Scheibe von Accossato in unserer Liste enthalten. Für den Straßeneinsatz bei jedem Wetter wird die Trägerplatte auch als Sinterbelag (ST) gefertigt. Eine Box deckt den hinteren Bremssattel ab.
Straßenzulassung
AGPA42ZXC ist nicht durch eine deutsche ABE abgedeckt, und uns liegt kein Prüfbericht vor. Er wird für den Streckenrennsport angeboten.
